Finally a sane opinion among all this madness! Ppl want him to suffer for the rest of his life for bullying. And…
Naver removed their trending and people were afraid things are going to get hidden easier so many allegations came out before naver removed their trending, you can do research on it. I’m ending my conversation with you here because you simply prioritize the wrong things. Take care and live joyfully :)
Some people are sad that the male lead is getting replaced and now they will drop the show. Can you please get your priorities straighten out? Real people gotten hurt by him. To disregard it because you can’t enjoy your drama anymore, that’s sad. He was getting replaced for good reason. You did the crime, you pay for it. You reap what you sow.
No one knows what the future will lie, how do you know he will be punished for life? Obviously some stigma will carry with you but that’s a natural thing.
If he truly turn over a new leaf, repent for his sins and crimes, and genuinely reached out to those he hurt in the past overtime...obviously a good number of people will see that and they will give him a second chance in their hearts, but not everyone but a decent number. So it’s a bit confusing to see some people wanting to forgive him so soon and getting upset and talking about cancel culture and about forgiveness so early in the game. Literally the news was just recently released. And it’s confounding and disheartening to see people question the timing of the victims coming forward. You’re not the victim, and you’re not God, you don’t get to set a deadline of when they should come forth with the allegations based on your own opinion. A crime/sin will stain until it gets confessed and dealt with properly. No arbitrary time limit should be set. There should be no expiration date.
Recovery for each individual/victim are different, some takes a long time since it was never resolved. There are people who deal with ptsd and depression for most of their life. Please be more understanding to those who gotten hurt over the perpetrators. Not saying the perpetrators don’t deserve well wishes in them turning over a new leaf but the victims deserves more care and more consideration.
p.s don’t expect me to respond back. I don’t want to keep going back and forth.
Even if the sexual accusations aren’t true. The bullying and the violence is true, and that’s enough to remove…
Well I’m just sharing why he got removed and why it was logical to do so and what’s the common knetizens perspective. And you already admitted in the original post that he could had lessen the damage and if he would had repented in the past instead of burying it. That’s his blunder. So...
Finally a sane opinion among all this madness! Ppl want him to suffer for the rest of his life for bullying. And…
The thing is he hasn’t suffered for his entire life. If he wants to earn trust back and given a second chance, he has to earn it through genuine repentance. He’s still young and let’s wait and see what happens.
Don’t forget about the victim perspective, they have truly been the one that have suffered since the incidents were inflicted while he has been living a glamorous life and how hurtful for them to see him portray kind characters in films and movies when it was contrary to how he treated him.
Well, let me get this straight...The production already removed and replaced Kim Ji Soo before they even got or…
Even if the sexual accusations aren’t true. The bullying and the violence is true, and that’s enough to remove him. People especially in Korea don’t want to watch someone who is guilty of bullying in media, there was a petition going around in Korea to remove him. KBS doesn’t want to ruin their reputation and get an earful from netizens for continuing to air a drama where the main male actor already admitted his faults.
Right now in Korea, many accusations are coming out regarding bullying, it’s a domino effect. Other people standing up and voicing up gives other confidence to finally share their woes.
Jisoo just admitted he was in the wrong. Wow. Poor victim(s). This drama is in trouble. Hmm. I feel terrible for the entire drama cast and team. I wonder what’s the next step the drama team is going to take next.
If they already finished filming, then most likely will broadcast the drama despite the accusation, right?
If it was completely filmed, I would almost automatically agree with you. Right now I’m not sure since filming isn’t complete and also because of potential contract stipulations. They may breach their contract if they don’t officially complete filming if the production company wants to continue filming.
Chew on some ice cubes and chill, good bye :)

This just started. Let’s see if/how he change.
