SB says she didn’t cross the line but she did cross the line in the beginning of the episode.
He was asleep. Not only did she touched him on his chest and moved closer (also shown last episode) but she even slept right next to him. He didn’t give her permission in any real form. He just say things in his sleep and she knows he is asleep. That’s is creepy behavior right there.

I’m glad they decrease YJ appearance on this episode. They also need to eliminate dreadlock appearance because his love arc with SB friend is boring and not comical at all.

Puppy is the MVP this episode! I feel so sorry for him. Me and another user here has joint custody of him since SB doesn’t want him. So back off from puppy lmao SB bothered me so much in the beginning of the episode. I like DH mom more and more. Episode 11 overall is 6/10 in my opinion, nothing substantial happened.

Just my observations, but I think it’s interesting to see people in general paint 2ML as some kind of evil, life-controlling, hateful bully when he’s actually a lovable, kind character on the show and someone you would like to befriend in real life (who is willing to give up his job for his dear friend as exemplified on episode 1) If you like ML(maybe? or maybe not because you like the actor more), that’s fine, but there’s no need to blacken and over-exaggerate the deeds of a character to support the one you like. The FL is a strong independent woman. She is the kind of person who would call you out if you’re demanding and acting like a dictator. Just my opinion.

did you see what was written on the note? Most people would be furious, his style of writing is naturally misleading. His reaction is not wrong. Although what he meant was different, most people would come with that same conclusion.

His reaction was rather normal in my opinion. They’re love rivals. In my perspective his words were sweet actually. ML also intervenes and butt in all the time as well, like during their dance practice and etc. they’re both doing the same thing. It’s only because you’re biased towards the ML, that you’re trying to blacken him, when ML and 2ML are both doing the same thing each episode. I get your reaction though. It’s natural for people to be partial towards the person they like lol

I’m glad you enjoyed Dinner Mates, I stayed that long because I like the ML, he’s the only character I could get behind for the entire show. He’s a great kdrama male lead character. The female lead is too fickle-minded, she was frustrating me and not to mention the other characters lol “Although, just like dramas, if everyone was so understanding, a 16 episode drama might be done in one episode, and a drama comment section with thousands of posts might be only a few hundred and both would not be nearly as interesting.” Alas, that’s true lmao

I’ve been saying that every episode puppy is on, puppy is way better with SB! :) SB and puppy has been friends for years, so their “physical” interactions are more natural and tolerant in my opinion lol but yes, puppy is such an endearing guy, I’ll take him myself if SB doesn’t want him lmao

I see where you’re going with this but in my opinion, they’re both playing the love game, like any other love triangle in a korean drama. So for me, it doesn’t bother me.

FL didn’t flatly reject DG. She says let’s think about it more. Its just like most romances In dramas or in real life, you have to take a risk of losing friendship for love. You will lose opportunity if you don’t try. Sometimes you’re rejected but it doesn’t mean you will always be rejected. One of my friends is now engaged, he got rejected twice to date her until the third time she finally accepted. I understand why you would be more annoyed with 2nd ML because you like the ML more, it’s easy to pick on the faults of others, I don’t blame you lol

We can not erase what SB did in the first two episodes just because you want to. You might as well ask for us to erase all the bad things YJ and DH and all the other people did while at it because the show is purposely painting them in a bad light. We can not justify SB behavior because her personality and characteristic is that she’s a touchy person. That’s the same as arguing she is allowed to do things because she had sufferings and a terrible upbringing in life. No it wasn’t difficult for SB to find work. They may not be good jobs but it’s all the same. It doesn’t matter when YJ realizes SB has feelings for DH, it doesn’t change the fact that she does. It’s clear that DH & YJ has problems but it’s also clear SB made it worse with her flirting and her touchy hands. SB doesn’t apologize for anything. YJ and Sb both do things without clear explanation and with no apologies. YJ and SB should both be apologizing to each other but they didn’t do so. SB feels guilty about one thing and finally left her job after feeling guilty for such a long period of time and makes up a lie why she’s leaving. Her relationship with puppy is different, they known each other for years. So her touchy hands is suitable for his case. I acknowledged from the beginning that YJ was an awful girlfriend, no need to keep giving me more details. Although the drama is different, it’s based on the webtoon and ultimately retained the spirit, the behaviors and actions are explained. SB is not close to innocent. They only tone down her actions in the show but her purpose remains. I’m going to end it here because I’m just repeating the same thing over and over again that my purpose and my argument is that it’s not fair to wash away the sins of one character with a blanket of justifications and not do the same for another character because they’re both committed shady actions and both are continuing to do so in my perspective.

SB works at the store because she’s in love with him. She could work anywhere else. She flirts with him and touches him when she sees an opportunity. We all know YJ has the right to be insecure because SB loves him. If SB was just a regular employee with no feelings at all, that’s a different scenario. That’s why they had that over-dramatic laser eye staring contest at the dinner table. They know they are love competitors. No one wants their boyfriend/girlfriend to be around a person that loves them. That’s common sense. Like I said, the misunderstandings are natural and fuel by correct intuition that SB is her love rival. I have said before, DH & YJ are both at fault for miscommunications, they don’t take the time to listen to each other. If you want to blame YJ, make sure to also blame DH for his contribution to the fall of their relationship. SB helps speed up the demise of their relationship. I still disagree with your assumption that YJ has close friends. People want company when they’re sad, even if they’re not close to them. My entire point, just like before, is if you want to justify SB questionable behaviors, then please do the same for YJ. They’re both not saints and it’s not fair to criticize one and not the other in similar portions.

I stand corrected about her dad, but he doesn’t have a huge presence in her life. Like I said, she doesn’t have “close” female friends like SB friends. That’s your definition of close friends? Her with a group of people drinking? In my opinion that’s not true. Everything you just said to justify SB is very minimal. For example, It took SB a long time to realize she needed to quit her job. She should had left after she knows he was dating. She played her part in the misunderstandings that most people would had naturally misunderstood (it’s not about lack of trust). If she respected DH, she wouldn’t have be so hands on him physically while he is sleeping. It doesn’t matter if other shows done it or if her character doesn’t realizes she’s in the wrong for doing so. Like I said YJ is no saint either. YJ is a horrid girlfriend and also causes misunderstandings and is selfish. It doesn’t matter who is more suitable for DH as a his girlfriend because that’s not an important point. I can pull out a long layer of defense for YJ as well but I’m not going to do that. If you want to justify SB actions, take the time to justify YJ actions. SB and YJ are both deeply grey characters. You want to whiten one character, you should do the same for the other. If you want to blacken a character, do the same for the other because they both have done many questionable things. That’s my opinion.

they’re both adults, so in court, they would be tried the same if they committed the same crime. different punishment is not relevant because what I am arguing is that upbringing cannot be excused for one behavior.
SB having a higher sense of right and wrong over YJ. I disagree. And people have pointed out many problematic things she did in the past. I’m not going to rehash them here to you because you know but it’s your opinion to disregard them. Since SB is the main FL we get a bigger insight of her life unliked YJ. At least SB had a good father. From what I know YJ is also raised by a single mother (I’m not sure if her dad was mentioned) but a controlling mother is destructive and damaging. Having a good career and money doesn’t mean YJ life is better than SB. You can see that YJ doesn’t even have close female friends. If you’re going to excuse SB, then you have to excuse YJ as well.
