Try The Story of Ming Lan. It's a slow burn but the payoff is so worth it. It's a mature high budget historical, definitely not made just for young teenage girls lol.

If this is a "good" lakorn, I'd hate to see what you guys consider a "bad" one. I have been forcing myself to get past the hacker bullshit and now am on ep 8. Does he ever become less of an ass and does she ever gain any self respect? 1 hour 40 mins per episode is too damn long for neither character to develop whatsoever.
