In which episode did they get together? In which episode did they breakup and get back again?Any love triangle…
They are exes at the beginning and there are flashbacks throughout the drama. They get back together at the end of ep11 and do not break up afterwards (there is ldr at the end though). There is a 2ML who likes FL, but as far as I remember he never confesses. They only have 1 scene together after ML and FL become a couple. Happy ending.
Be yourself, two main couples. One of them constantly bickers and breaks up for 2 episodes midway, the other gets together and sticks together (it doesn't have much actual romance though, more focused on the lives/friendship of the FLs)
Been a while since I've seen it, but, from what I remember, Love at Night doesn't have a breakup after they get together (side couple does tho). You can put in on the list for now, I'll rewatch it when I have time =)
I have dropped watching this drama initially, but since i liked serious dramas and also both the main leads thought…
There's going to be a season 2??? I'm very curious about what they'll do with it, since the drama felt completed to me, for both the main/side couples.
But yeah, as was stated in the other reply, it's a happy ending with a decent bit of romance. Personally, I'd consider the chemistry between them amazing - but I'm a sucker for more mature romances lol
Are there any better subs? I am on episode 3 rn and sentences akin to 'I went there for drug' (meaning I went there to do drugs) are becoming quite common.
Yes. They get together in ep11, in ep12 ML's psycho ex (that's not even a real ex) comes back, FL assumes the worst (that he cheated, despite all his explanations) and breaks up with him.
I am at ep13 right now, and they are kind of back together. I really could've lived without the ex though, because jesus christ
Not sure if the webtoon is the same, because I stopped reading it a few chapters before these events
Am I the only one who thinks Xi Xi should of been angrier at Yi Cheng for willingly sacrificing her Career for…
Eh, not really. He didn't do anything underhanded. The two companies were competitors and he poached the talent he needed with better conditions. You could argue that leveraging Tong Xin's girlfriend status was a bit scummy, but I don't think that was the deciding factor at all (I don't think the language guy mentions it even once during his contemplation).
I did feel a bit disappointed that he did it, but I don't think he should be blamed for it too harshly. I was 100x more angrier with the FL when she actually contemplated betraying his trust/sharing the secret she overheard. Like wtf lady, this is your future husband and you have to hear grandma's advice in order not to stab him in the back?
So far so good! This is about romance, so no deeper plot is needed. The main leads look great, and their relationship…
Don't know if you've finished it or not, but I'll post my thoughts below
It's much, much better than I expected it to be for a 7.5 drama. Beginning is meh, but I loved the drama after the leads got together: they have almost twenty episodes as an established couple (which is great and not something we see often), and, after a few episodes, they have a very good chemistry together. I could actually believe they were a couple, which isn't the case for most c-dramas. There are no love-triangles after they become a couple (2fl just makes a fool out of herself two times before ML sues her lmao) and no breakup.
I would rate it a 9 if not for a few things: 1) side couples are bad. Well, one of them (with TX) is alright, but I ffed through every scene of the other one. 2) last few episodes were... not very good, at least for me. We've spent 15+ episodes watching the couple together, heard them exchange a dozen of promises, and even see them plan a wedding - only for them to almost breakup over the competition between their companies. When FL said that she was actually considering betraying ML/revealing the company secret she overheard because it'd be the most 'professional' thing and the only reason she didn't was because the grandma convinced her not to, I actually wanted the ML to run and find someone else LOL But then he also did something bad (not nearly as bad IMO), and things just... resolved themselves. Which I also didn't like. 3) Ending is... disappointing. None of the leads compromised/sacrificed in the end, and none of them picked their relationship over their careers. Well, FL ended up that way, but it wasn't her choice - 'fate made the choice for you', in the words of the ML. This is a stark contrast to another romance drama with a similar feel, Stand or Fall, where the ML in the end refuses a promotion and decides to stay with the FL.
Overall, I'd rate it about an 8-8.5. It's better than about 85% of cdramas out there (just due to good acting, ML is in the top5 c-actors for me), though I may be a bit biased since I'm starving for romances between actual adults and not highschoolers. Shit, writing all this made me want to watch Fake Till You Make It for the fourth time :D
Was really excited for Doctor Slump, since the entire drama is lighthearted, funny as hell and the leads are enchanting together, but they got together by the start of episode 8 and broke up by the end of the same episode lmao
I’m not sure yet about Welcome To Sam-Dalri yet, but I already listed My Demon on my dramas with break up list.…
There is one in Welcome to Sam-Dalri. They get back together, then ML's father drives them apart again. Dunno how fast they reconcile, I dropped right after that moment
Goddamn it. Just... goddamn it. Finished watching the rest of the episodes and they were sooooo amazing. I already…
Honestly, there isn't much like it. The only one I can think of, where they get together early and have more 20+ episodes as a couple, is You Are My Hero. My absolute fav cdrama lol.
All the youths romances (you can check this list for them. Stuff like Exclusive Fairytale, First Romance, When I Fly Towards You, To Fly With You) are very light and fluffy, but the couple usually gets together around 18 ep mark (out of 24).
Forever and Ever, couple gets together REALLY early (I think... episode 3?) and their romance is very, very smooth - but there is some heavy outside angst.
Yes, there’s a breakup, therefore this one doesn’t belong on this list. I haven’t seen it and probably won’t,…
Ep30 is pretty angsty from what I remember, so you can skip it. They get back together in the middle of ep31 and it's smooth sailing from there. So 31-36.
There is a 2ML who likes FL, but as far as I remember he never confesses. They only have 1 scene together after ML and FL become a couple.
Happy ending.

But yeah, YAMH is great. Probably the most natural couple I've ever seen in a cdrama
