Nah it's just smth I always hear. Don't like how ppl put FL variety down, not every needs to be kick ass, loud, obnoxious and strong uknow. That's actually smth I've been missing in Kdrama for years now. It wasn't meant to be rude, I apologise. As a Shojo reader I'm just a little vary but thank you for the suggestion. I'll certainly check it out and probably love it.
I do like some but sadly good ones for me are rare to find (and they lost the drama in Kdrama) the past few years. The last one I completed was that Song Joong Ki drama. Don't get me wrong they're still good, well written ones but I grew up with messy, unpredictable, character development, FL variety, Slowburn and now they're realistic (relatable) with mostly bland Mls with no flaws, flavor or growth and (at this point) typical FLs. Uknow I wanna escape the reality and be entertained not sleep (kinda envious at ppl who can eat these up). Secret 2013 is literally my standard. That's why lately I've tuned in to Cdrama, Jdrama and Thai drama more.
Also the reason why I asked here if the ML is interesting, if he is, I check it out. That's my only requirement these days.

Okay I'm reading that this actually has slowburn which is so rare nowadays but the last one I was recommended had one of the blandest, perfect ML I've seen who does everything right. Is the ML interesting? Flaws? Growth?

Not every bad moment but as I've said, she has the perfect parent, the perfect future husband, the perfect friend and most people are overall friendly, in my eyes it feels too good to be true. That's not to say she didn't face hardships too but we aren't given much.
It seems I offended some of you as I've said it's just my opinion, for me it feels like a sugar-coated GD and it is. If you like it and appreciate the light take that's okay. It's a good drama. For me the FL is the highlight here, the actress is doing a great job.
As for the ML no he's perfect (name me one flaw or tell me he doesn't revolve around her), I don't really think it's up to debate. As I've said in another comment in GD I appreciated that the ML was frequently scolded by the FL. It showed that she wasn't special and just like every other coworkers of her.
No I don't think the 4 eps difference make a huge deal, GD was extended too if I rmbr corre the, we are 4 eps in and he's in love with her. That's fast however u put it. There're sadly many drama like this these days. I would've preferred it to see him slowly fall for her then come into terms with what he's feeling.
I mean I also fell for Young Woo in like 15 minutes😂😭so it’s not that unrealistic. She’s too adorbs!!
Good for you, for me it's the opposite. Him crushing on her feels too fast (even if she weren't disabled, I'd think that way), he's perfect (bland) too, it's a ittle too good to be true in my eyes. I liked how in Good Doctor the FL scolded him at times. She treated him like any other coworker and human being. It felt realisticer whilst this feels like a fairytale. Either way I was just sharing my thoughts, if you like it that's good :)

I get what you mean but for me that was smth I appreciated in Good Doctor. It was also some the truest reactions from what I've been told or witnessed by meeting them. I liked how he showed them his abilities and earned their acknowledgement, one after the other. His journey was smth beautiful, it was also the reason why I picked it for my thesis. Could've picked an easier one but I wanted to know more. In this it feels like a fairytale, the perfect friend, the perfect guy, the perfect boss etc- everything happens too fast and most ppl seem overly friendly.
