Everybody is talking about Ling Xiao and JianJian's romance. But people, i would like to inform you that JJ will…
i dunno, you can clearly see a lot of romantic scenes of JJ and LX in the intro and outro but not really any with ZQ. they're going to take the next 20 eps to develop the romance of JJ and LX and the viewers won't even question if ZQ could be the right one for her instead. also, even if something was to happen to LX, I really doubt that JJ could move on with her other "brother" in that case. in reply88 she had crushes on the boys, but she never was with any of them, never kissed any of them. also the romantic rivalry was revealed pretty much from the beginning, whereas here you're rooting for LX from the start. if they were to suddenly try to sell JJ and ZQ to us,I'm pretty sure it won't be successful and the majority of the viewership will dislike it, especially since I think more people ship ZQ with MY.
Sifeng's yearning for Xuanji is so strong, so dominant in his eyes, so unbelievably beautiful when she's right next to him, right by his side, that is makes me dizzy.
No..He's not..Hao chen is the Heavenly Emperor but went to mortal realm as Shaoyang student in order to find God…
he's not the heavenly emperor productive procrastination explained it: "Dijun Bailing: Although he is one of the Emperors of Heaven, (I believe he is the white/Bai Emperor) however I am worried people are going to mix him up with the actual Heavenly Emperor who should appear later in the drama so I’ve just called him by his title “Dijun”."
I admit to my hypocrisy and confess that if any other actor besides Xu Kai Cheng had played the main male lead, I would've dropped it immediately. good for him that he is hot enough to make me wonder how they were going to resolve this huge problematic mess.
the first half was pretty unexciting. I kept waiting for something to happen but it felt like a lot of filler.…
Most interesting character: Mu Xiao Man Most interesting storyline: Yu Le Xuan Best (tho sudden) character development: Han Zhi Sheng Most repetitive storyline: Lei Ao Most unnecessary character (and annoying): Han Shu Min Deserved better: Mu Xiao Man, Lei Ao and Xu Wen Xi Best side character: Principle Feng and Master Wang
the first half was pretty unexciting. I kept waiting for something to happen but it felt like a lot of filler. the second half however was much better. the first half basically is just the development of bromance and friendship and while I normally love that, the stakes were always the same and it became really repetitive very quickly. it was important for the second half because it relies completely on the bond the scholars developed throughout the first half. the villain story was very anti-climatic and the ending was really rushed with actually a lot of open endings left. they made so sure that everyone had their own personality and story but at the end failed to give them justice. the main couple did get married, but we never even see them kiss :(, but what is she doing now? she got a whole degree for her brother and now he is suddenly completely healthy and works as an officer or something like that. ... and she just gets married? disappointing. she's not even working for the girls' school they built. What is Lei Ao doing now that he proved his brother's innocence? What is Yu Le Xan doing? Are they both just traveling? To where? What happened to Han Zhi Sheng and Mu Xiao Man, now that she suddenly loves him again? I also don't like how Wen Xi just has to live lowkey for the rest of her life in fear that people would recognize her as Wen Bin. since the story is unrealistic anyway, the could've given us a cookie-cutter ending and make her the first female governor.
I really hope the poster is a prediction of the ending. I haven't started this yet but I'm just simply against almost all student x teacher relationship there is. Also, I love Ha Seok Jin
my favourite trope is when the ML is absolutely gone for the FL. so much that he really can't help himself all while still really respecting her feelings, not pushing her and not knowing that in reality she likes him too, starts to like him or is not aware of it yet. I live for the yearning.
THANK GOD someone finally shares the same opinion as me. the hazing was ridiculous and the romance nowhere to be seen. this boy fell for him because he gave him oranges.
