This made so much sense. The story gets very confusing, because they adapt some plot and change other plot. In this show, I was so confused why HT did not tell her about his plans. It was shown that he has loved her since college days, got jealous of her ex- BF and did many things a person in love would do. So how come his explanation about love was so rational and different from what he is actually feeling ?
It makes sense now because the whole plot of his love is made for the drama only, Novel HT, never met FL in college, and never loved her for years. Novel HT will suit this explanation of love as compared to drama HT. I blame the writer. They are incompetent. They thought, I will add his backstory to make plot rich, but it created confusing scenarios.

The name of Han Ting carries significant weight in business circles, as shown in the show. She did not achieve everything by herself. When people knew that her company has Han Ting as an investor, that opened many doors for her and her business dealings became much more smoother. Not because she was competent. Business people do not care about her, but they know for a fact that this company attracted the attention of famous Han Ting, so they also should believe in the company.
Although I agree that she felt betrayed by HT and rightfully so, but I don't have this opinion that she achieved everything herself. Without HT, her business would have never grown. In Han Ting's own words "She is a gold, but this city is full of gold like her". lol. That line was so cool.

I liked your explanation. People here are taking sides of either ML or FL lol. When in reality, both of them have shortcomings that they need to overcome to become a healthy couple.

I am not a drinker, so I may not understand, but why in these business gatherings people force others to drink (even though they do not want to)? Especially they force women. I have seen this in many Asian dramas.

They will most likely breakup and she will get together with that junior in company. Although, I didn't like the fact, that junior was trying to pursue a taken girl. But this is dramaland, and he will actually get the girl lol.

If anyone has read the novel, can you tell if SML is going to be annoying here? Is love triangle heavy? And we know both FL and SML will separate, but will he be an annoying character and try to get her back?

I recently completed imperial coroner and was looking for a drama with same ML. I came here, and checked this is a love triangle drama. I will stay away from it. I hate love triangles drama very much. And looking at your comment, I think this drama is not worth it.

In 99% drama with love triangles, Sml is usually an annoying character that clings to FL, to fuel jealousy of ML. And I also hate when they make sml, a green flag and right fit for FL as compared to ML ( who has issues).

It became so obvious who DEX was . They introduced a cold, good looking actor (new NFS doctor), just before few episodes from ending. Their attempt to misdirect viewers, by portraying him as a sort of love rival of Hogae was laughable.

For Hyeon Kyung, I believe she is the daughter of internal affairs superiors. Their chief was also looking for that person to bootlick lol. I believe that person is Hyeon Kyung.

I hope they do not redeem Tae Joo. He should be dishonourably removed from police force, and jailed for his crimes.
I just hope, writers do not go for some cliche plot, where in order to bring down Pyo Myung Hak, Tae Joo provides final evidence and redeems himself. I don't want this storyline. Because looking at the last scene in ep 10, Tae Joo was ignoring Pyo Myung Hak's call and had an USB, that may contain some incriminating evidence against Pyo Myung Hak.
