Fortunately Boston is there to make the drama and the mess because episode 5 was not really interesting, since it was filled with Top /Mew, Sand/Ray moments which doesn't really stand out for me, one reason being the lack of chemistry I guess (?) or a problem with the acting.
Episode 4 was more interesting so I quite like it. I still think they have done the character development too quickly for both of them, but oh well, I'd better completely forget the first two episodes. The acting and chemistry is very good though !
Poor Ray. The bathroom scene was quite gripping and well played ! Ray and Mew dynamics are quite interesting, Sand and Nick also ! I know they won't explore those possibilities : such a pity, since their interactions feel quite natural. Also I can't stand Top AT ALL. He's worse than Boston !
The change in their dynamics in episode 3 makes no sense at all. The suspense is not there anymore since the most interesting was how they will go from being enemies to being lovers...It’s a pity because the first two episodes were really promising.
Also 8 episodes...this makes me so mad...This kind of plot needs time to be fully developed ! At least 10 episodes ! Fortunately, the good aspects of the series easily exceed the flaws.
I think I'll wait for the final episode, before watching episode 7. I just want to know if we'll have a happy ending. My heart can't take it if Charn and Tinn end up separated, or if one of them dies. no. absolutely no.
I'm just here for the mess, even if this is quite patchy. I wonder if they'll go as far as destroy the established bl ships too (firstkhao, forcebook, etc.)...well, I don't think so, since fans won't like this and this is still business after all.
Kanghan is such a jerk...and I'm not sure he can really redeem himself. It's somewhat bearable because in the end Sailom was somewhat able to have the last word. This episode was quite emotional, the acting is very good. I like it a lot !
This is really well-made, and I quite like it for now but something is still bothering me. I feel like some of the characters (even the main leads) are somewhat unassuming, a little bland ? I don't know if it's really the right word. I just hope we'll see more "asperity" in those characters in the next episodes.

Yes, I guess this is in fact made for purely entertainment purposes. I was under the false impression that they wanted this series to be a little different than the usual BL storyline though (which is not bad in itself, since I find them fun too). Let's say something is bothering me in this series. That's why I say "dishonest" but maybe this is not the correct term. But indeed, maybe with a lot more episodes, I'm going to see where this is going in terms of story, character development, etc. And of course, I'll stop watching this if I'm not interested enough.
I’m conflicted about this series. It is not bad but :
- it painfully lacks experienced acting, especially when you treat a « raw » subject like that : here, it feels often a little too "staged", too « bland ».
- the purpose is unclear : they go to clubs, become drunk, have sex, use each other, are often in superficial-like interactions (as "friends" or as "lovers"), hide their existential crisis behind their addiction ? This is not new and has been done many times (and better I fear).
I hope, in the end, it’s to offer another perspective about the slice of life of a certain category of people.
PS : when I'm talking about a category of people I'm talking about a category of people who don’t seem really "poor", of course. After all they have time and money to have fun, go to bars and clubs. So it is not really related to your sexuality (whether you have same-sex relationships or not) in fact but more like a question of social position in this case...That’s why people generalizing this portrayal to a whole community are wrong...and seeing this as an accurate depiction...This is maybe your experience but this is not the experience of everyone.
It seems also to me that the director of the series is also quite aware of this matter of social position, if you see the difference in wealth between Ray and Sand, with underlying prostitution undertones, let’s face it, even if, elegantly, Sand refuses money in the end...This is what I call a naïve/embellished perspective. But if it’s too offer a naïve (and dishonest) perspective about this matter, what’s the fuss then ?
