Not perfect but fun to watch and very soap-opera (it's more lakorn than BL in fact). Historical BL but with evil people being very evil people, main leads not liking each other at the beginning (slow burn), etc. And there's a plot full of tension. And dark because of abuse, political tension, etc.

I don't know but the NC scene makes me laugh. Am I the only one ? It's a nice and entertaining series. Well, a crime series at last ! But I wish the episodes were longer so things don't feel a little too quick and "rushed" in terms of pace.

And Big Jane watching that demon picture of him...suspicious. very suspicious.

rewatching this again, and I really wonder if there's still not a supernatural element to it. Well, at least, if they're smart, they should keep that mysterious vibe and never really give an answer towards the question "he's a demon or not ?" But Little Jane's feet feeling better after Big Jane touching it, Little Jane wanting to save that photo but it being immediately deleted, Little Jane having "visions" of the other, etc.

Amazing start ! Both leads are great ! And the ost is very good ! This and Payback will be my two on going series I cannot help watching. The wait will be difficult....

aaah it's a pity. just started episode 1, the story seems really interesting but it feels very very rushed !

the problem is that both of the main leads are not good actors...unless they have improved tremendously in the meantime...a pity because the story seems interesting.

personality-wise, Big Jane definitely feels like one though. but indeed, no fantasy (the novel isn't). It seems more like a dark romance with some psychological thriller tonality to it.

But Big Jane still remains a villain.

Readers of the novel are saying this is not fantasy. Don't expect an (actual) demon. The wings from the previous trailer are just an image.

Sun used to be that debt collector, so I guess he deserved that punch too in a way...

It’s a pity Boom is not in this. But the series looks interesting. It would have success if there’s chemistry between main leads. For now, I’m not convinced. But let see.
