I'm totally looking forward to Youngchae inevitably breaking out of the mental facility in like 50-60 episodes…
I gotta say, I love how the situation is flipped here. The FL/protagonist is villainous and greedy while the 2nd (or 3rd?) FL is sorta like the heroine (or at least an anti-heroine, I feel like she'll somewhat become a more decent person while JW gets worse.) I really wish this had higher ratings because I *LOVE* that we're following a villain FL & her villain origin story. People say that they hate typical good FLs, but once a grey/villain FL arrives? POOF! Everyone's gone. Crazy because I'm actually starting to REALLY get back into this show.
(Part of me still thinks that the real Young-Chae/Victoria Shin will die somehow.)
Yep, they are heading that way and that future is almost there, the country is being run not only by idiots, but…
Great movies/shows selection there. I haven't watched Equilibrium. Are you referring to movies that challenge people's perception of things in the world?
Whos sang chul???? I checked cast and dont see anyone there lolI think theyll frame the guy who escaped as the…
Joo Sang-Chul is Gong Nan-Sook's ex-husband, I thought they mentioned his name in the show! I found it on NamuWiki.
(But I hope they frame JW's slimy ex as the killer.)
As for the spoiler tag, several people have said that it was "overused" for things that aren't even spoilers. But fine. I won't be petty about it. π
I accidentally deleted the comment I was gonna write... yay.
Anyways. Today's episode was really good! Ki-Bum knowing that Tae-Seok (TS) framed him was quite the twist! I wonder if KB will die? I have a feeling he will. Also, Sang-Chul was TS's old secretary? Wow. With JW/fake YC... she's becoming more and more darker. And crazier as Ripley syndrome takes a hold of her completely. She's definitely gonna kill someone soon. (Just like in the book, Tom Ripley killed the rich guy who was his friend, then took over his identity.) My big theory is that she and SH will become a "villain couple"... SH is willing to do anything to protect her, JW is willing to do anything to become the real YC... permanently. She's basically gonna become Yang Dal-Hee at this point!
Regarding real YC/Victoria... DAMN. I knew Kyung-Shin was gonna die... but not like this! Real YC definitely killed him. Now I'm wondering what happens to her and how this wedding happens. That was a great ending, but like... also a great cinematic choice to NOT show YC killing Kyung-Shin but imply it instead.
I wonder if Hye-Ra will become a villain too. I want her to be a villain because I can't stand the real YC at all! π But then again, I'm Lee Il-Hwa biased. Chairwoman Gong may be a bitch but she's a badass, too! And I love it! The one I hate the most is TS... he's gonna become SO much more despicable in the future.
(I hope Jung-Won isn't framed for Kyung-Shin's death.)
Joo Sang-Chul is Nan-Suk's ex-husband. Side note: Does Kocowa not do actual subs anymore?
She could be considered not a villain but she's definitely not a good person lol. I think anti-heroine is the best description for her or a dark protagonist. Regardless I'm on her side!
I do not care about Ki-Bum (or Mi-Hyang.) I knew he was gonna die. Yawn. Do it already... BYE!
Nan-Suk just seems heartless. I really do love her though... regardless of how evil she is lol

Exactly! Thank you lol

As I always say man, I love villain FLs! I root for them!
