Isn't that simply because people actually hating the character rather than actor and that hate seeping onto the actor himself. LOL, if an actor seems annoying because of his character onscreen then actually that actor is doing a really good job at portraying that character tbh.

Sometimes, actually a lot of times, writers do f* up, so I would say the criticism is understandable. Its just a natural defense developed by watching weird characterization, illogical plots, bad endings or whatnots from many other bad choices in dramas.

She's not wrong, story is good but LSY's acting is carrying this show for now, BIH needs to up his game. Mind you, I have also seen only 2 eps like her too.
the first 2 episode definetly has a slow pace but its not bad though.

Exactly! makes no sense, the reaction was abnormal tbh. I think writer lacks understanding of human psyche, that's why we have such bad characterization.
The characterization in this really challenges my suspension of disbelief. Though, actors delivered great performance but characters are really badly written. Character decisions, actions, reactions, emotions and all are totally out of place and make no sense. I think writer doesn't have a grip on reality and lacks any understanding of human psyche or relationships.
I also found the romance and chemistry quite lacking. Honestly, a very badly written script.

I think it was quite clear she was giving him a second chance. That's how her character is, "Pure and Kind Hearted". She forgives him again and again because she loves him genuinely.
I don't understand why people are confused about ending. What could be a more clearer signal than her desperately running behind him in tears just to tell him to come back after 5 more years and work harder to earn her forgiveness.
Writers never introduced inconsistency in FL's characterization throughout the show. They won't suddenly in ending too.

I beg to differ. I found romance to be quite good on the contrary. The romance is done in a very unconventional way so ofcourse it won't follow same tropes as a lot of other series. And that's the beauty of it tbh.
We do agree on one thing though, ML did an awesome job 😀
