Title Flower of Evil Spoiler
I don't have any good theories as far as who the accomplice is, a part of me believes we still haven't actually met his character in present day yet despite drama logic of having an obvious enemy close by and observing the whole time. I appreciate the fact that it's still steeped in mystery.

Other people pointed out that Baek Man Woo (ML's fake dad/the hospital director) was about to make a call to the same phone number the accomplice wrote down on Do Hae Soo's arm at the funeral. I really didn't catch that one, so great job guys! It definitely appears as though Baek Man Woo has some sort of connection to the accomplice. We've also seen first hand how ruthless he is, so it's not a hard one to believe. My wild guess would be that the employment agency is only a front for illegal organ trafficking. They prey on desperate people at the end of their ropes, abduct and kill them and there's an actual monetary gain to be had. That kind of work could possibly explain how a corrupt hospital director might be involved. Also, it would explain how one individual might possibly be taking the kills too far, and actually enjoying it. Still not sure how Do Min Seok is involved, a part of me believes he isn't actually a serial killer at all and was just blackmailed into having some level of involvement and then framed for the entire thing and then finally was murdered by the accomplice who staged the entire thing as a suicide knowing the police would be too preoccupied with the serial killings they'd discover after his death. It'd create the perfect scape goat and diversion for him. Still not sure why he would've stopped the serial killings during that time afterwards, maybe he's become more particular in choosing victims? also, maybe he has continued killing but they've just not yet been discovered?

I also believe that Cha Ji Won will get abducted by the accomplice during investigation and Do Hyun Soo will have to save her. I feel like this was prevalently foreshadowed with him asking Park Kyung Chun how he felt when he found out his wife had died and also when Cha Ji Won telling him that he'd never understand how she felt during that time that she thought he might die.

Not true, Do Hyun Su is the man she met and chased after for 2-3 years from 05-08, he probably didn't start faking…
I perceive it as, he's not faking a persona entirely, it's just another side of himself he wasn't ever able to express. He's not in tune with his own emotions because he's shut himself off from for so long, however we as the audience can clearly see him experiencing and expressing genuine emotions. I don't view it as one side of him is his true self and the other isn't. Every person is made up of darker and lighter sides to their characters, there is no absolutism.

The cinematography and music was gorgeous in this. I'll agree that the plot itself was on the weaker side. I think it was intentional though in order to show that even the daily mundane grind of living day to day can be exhausting. The clingy, obsessive ex-girlfriend character I could've done without. Shuri's acting was incredible and so raw, every time she had a breakdown was completely believable. Not many can manage to look beautiful screaming and with tears streaming down their faces but she sure can. Also, there's just something very special about their relationship, wish they had more heart to heart talks in the film.

haha great theory, hadn't thought of that. Although, that'd take some great skills fake falling off a building and going into a fake coma, that'd be so elaborate! XD

I still have two episodes left to watch of this drama, but I didn't have the heart to finish it because I was just dreading the ending. Now with the news of Miura Haruma's passing I really don't know how I'll be able to finish this. It really hit me hard, it's just so devastating that this all came to pass. I feel so sorry for his friends and family. I hope he's at peace now.
