i think it's a bit unreasonable to say that rating a show between 6 and 7 feels "less like critique and more like a refusal to meet the show where it stands." if it was rated 0-5, then i'd understand this point but 6-7 is pretty common.
but in the end, everyone has their own rating system and personal preference so i don't think it's right to lowkey say that their rating is "wrong." like for me, a rating of 8 or above is still considered good ^^
