Little Jane doesnt realize that he cares about all people around him and about himself, but never respekt the feelings of big Jane. He want to give a proof, that he not aproaching Big Jane to take advantage but never think about how big Jane must feel, when Little Jane reject his help. Big Jane must see the man he loves suffers and seeing the whole famliy suffering, but isnt allowed to help. Litte Jane just lack empathie to his man, he is caught in his own thougts and drags the whole family down with it. So all must suffer just because Little Jane want to proof, he loves Big Jane truly without an ulterior motive.

I dont think he is bad guy, but he act like one and didnt understand what he is doing
