The FL was bland and barley showed emotion. The ML whom I love didn't get the justice he deserved. The writers…
I believe he had the choice to get his powers back from that one god (the old man) by kissing him but he was too disgusted to do it. I would have loved to see more action as well, honestly.
This drama is Trash. 1. The time period is wrong. It's supposed to be set in historical Korea based on the true…
Valid points except I don't think this was meant to be an exact retelling of the manhua. From what I understand even with the similar title and some character names they're completely different stories.
It's not that weird that a girl does nursing, why does she have to be in med school? It's more weird to me that…
"Please don’t talk about something if you aren’t educated enough"
I'm a woman born and raised in a very patriachial society. I'm not going to say I took a course on the topic (I did take several classes) but you don't know me enough to say whether or not I have the right to speak of this.
My sister chose to go into nursing, and I did not call her a cliche for it. My uncle also went into nursing, I didn't say anything to him about his job choices either because that's what it is, a job choice. Male or female, people can decide what they want to do. I also have an uncle who is a doctor. The difference between my sis and uncle who went into nursing, and my doctor uncle is that they didn't qualify academically to go to med school. They didn't have the money to go to med school either, and my uncle didn't have the time, it wasn't his first degree so he wasn't young to start with, and he chose to go into nursing because it would be faster and he would earn more than with his past degree.
Seeing women going into positions seen as "for women" should not bring out responses of it being cliche or disgusting because you aren't helping anyone with that attitude. Not yourself, not other women. Instead, you're putting down millions of women who work hard in their jobs just because those jobs were traditionally for women (something that is changing worldwide, slower in some places than others, whether you want to acknowledge it or not.)

You're both out of it. The idea that nursing is only meant for women IS slowly dying and more men are going into nursing because it's a JOB that makes money, plus it's a broad field with many opportunities. It's also much easier, faster, and cheaper than becoming a doctor, especially if your academic performance isn't that amazing.
The fact that you have a bigger problem with the FL choosing to become a nurse instead of her choosing a career based on her crush on someone is more worrying to me.
I will say this for the last time, no matter what society sees or thinks, there is nothing wrong with a woman going into nursing if it's what she wants to do.
I remember reading part of the manga and not really feeling it. I like obsessive MLs but didn't like how he manipulated the FL. I'll watch this anyway, hopefully the live action is better than what I saw in the manga.
I've never even watched this but it's been referenced so much that I found it familiar, after reading the comments I remembered why 😂 I watched the FL and 2ML in a drama together and there were so many jokes in the comments over there of Daddi Tang getting the girl and the FL cheating on her ML.
I watched it again 🥰 What I loved: -the ML -the FL (when she wasn't crying) -the kids
What I didn't like -Jo Sara's outfits (seriously I hated most of her outfits, there was maybe one t-shirt I thought looked ok). -the wedding dress (you'll know it when you see it.)
I shipped him and Han Mi or him with no one... But I lost motivation to continue watching when seeing that he…
Just go ahead and finish it, their romance barely takes part in the story, they just announce that they're together toward the end of the last ep. I personally ignored that part of the story, I was okay with no romance in this drama.
I nearly gave up on this in the beginning, the FL's actions got on my nerves too much. Cop characters like her give me anxiety because I'm always waiting for them to die (even though they won't, because they're usually leads or no one would put up with their crap). But I really wanted to see the ML after watching clips of him in Hometown Cha Cha Cha (which I haven't actually watched entirely yet) and he didn't disappoint me. I seem to be in the minority from the comments I've seen, but while I get that what the killer did was wrong, I do understand his actions by the end of the show. In his position I wouldn't have done the same thing but I would have wished those people dead out of grief.
So basically... they made each other miserable, they both cheated, fl basically used the other (chubby) guy as a replacement for her bf but only the ML is getting crap. IMO all 4 of them are messed up in some way.
Just finished this and I loved it. By no means is it a perfect drama, but I loved the mix of comedy, action, and…
is Han Seo's death. I've been seeing clips of this drama since last year, particularly of the power couple (that didn't draw me in) then I learned about Han Seo's death in a Drama Master video on YT (please check out the channel the content is hilarious). I finally decided to watch this after Taxi Driver because I read in a comment the lead in that show seducing a baddie to betray them was similar to Vincenzo in ep 8 and the clips I saw of it was hilarious. In fact, once I started looking at things other than the romance angle I was more interested in the show. I saw clips of the bromance between Vincenzo and Han Seo and I was looking forward to it, but it only happens in the last few episodes before they kill him off 😡😭
Anyway, I did love the drama. It obviously doesn't take itself seriously in parts (like really what Mafia would go around referencing the mafia all the time when they're trying to hide their past) but I found it great. One thing I wish we saw is Vincenzo getting back at the guys who robbed him in the first ep.
Just finished this and I loved it. By no means is it a perfect drama, but I loved the mix of comedy, action, and thriller. I wasn't feeling the romance, perhaps because it wasn't a big part of the story. And I can't believe people are slamming Taec for his role here I thought he was perfect. The only thing can't get over...
I would have loved to see more action as well, honestly.
It's not a perfect drama, but when I first watched it and even now, Nam Joo Hyuk carried the story for me.

Funny how I didn't notice the first time when I watched Cheo Yong and The Guest together in my ghost kdrama binge.

I can't believe he's the same guy in Paparotti.
