I remember watching the firt few eps of this and not really feeling it. Can someone spoil me what happens with the high school kid or if he ever gets caught?
Quite enjoyable lakorn. Though I did not believe that he resolved his anger issues. It is wrong from various angles.…
I don't see how his first response would be to be happy. He was betrayed. Whether the news is good or bad, this kind of betrayal hurts deep. I'm sure after he got over it he WAS happy, but he's allowed to be unhappy for being lied to about something that caused him so much pain. I get they wanted to teach him a lesson but that was not right.
It's not that weird that a girl does nursing, why does she have to be in med school? It's more weird to me that…
More women than men in nursing is not all about stereotypes. It's a job people pick because there's money in it, just that most of the ones going into nursing are women. Women outnumber men in the industry because it was once dominated by women. A lot more men today are going into the profession, if you want it fully saturated by guys like just about every other profession we will get there eventually. There are also people (not just women) who pick nursing over being a doctor because it is shorter, and the course is easier. I imagine she didn't want to wait long to go after the guy and it already took her a few years. You can start working as a nurse in about two years but a doctor can take up to 10 years, not to mention it's expensive. If you want a drama where women are doctors, then look for those instead. This is actually the only drama where I've seen FL as a nurse and I was researching on nurses recently so I appreciated it. I don't see anything wrong with women going into nursing nor do I consider it a stereotype.
Also since she was determined to get close to him, she could have picked any job, like being a janitor, but nurses work close with doctors so that could have been her reasoning; a few years becoming a nurse over more years struggling to become a doctor (let me just add the qualifications to become a nurse are also much easier than becoming a doctor.)
I don't see her becoming a nurse to chase after a guy as demeaning for women. It was a stupid choice, but she doesn't stand for all the women out there going into nursing. They are not doing it to chase after doctors. They're are doing it for the money, and for some simply because they want to help people.
I like low stress dramas because I hate too much suspense (I can't stand it if I don't know what will happen) but I'm at ep 7 and I almost feel sorry for the bad guys being cornered so easily.
Even without checking the name in the description I figured out the thing with Hee A from the moment they met. Drama is making it too obvious that she's the FL and she and Hee Woo are the end game.
I loved it, but I can see why it's a 7.9 some parts were really frustrating. The way FL reacted to situations and how some scenes progressed made me feel like I'd missed something (to be fair I skipped a lot so I might have.) Then there were scenes that seemed like a dream sequence (they weren't always) because they didn't make a lot of sense. The FL did leave me frustrated in the last few episodes when she couldn't just come clean with the ML and kept hurting his feelings, certain characters also get away with too much (like the daughter's friend, she literally assaulted the FL with a bat but this gets forgotten because they're dealing with a scandal.) I know I have a lot of complaints but I really did like the drama.
Over the last year that I've been on MDL I've come to believe its commentariat includes a large proportion of…
Or maybe there's a lot of people who turned to Asian dramas because they were through with the oversexualization in American and other Western tv shows and movies so they're not used to sex scenes in Asian dramas/movies because they tend to be more conservative. Still, there are plenty of shows with love scenes that get good comments, it could just be fans of the main actor from his kpop idol days complaining.
Ok, this is actually hilarious. In ep 51 Jung Hee is in a cafe and two teenage girls peg him for a celebrity because he has a mask, glasses and cap on and one of the girls says he looks like Lee Joon (the actor's real/stage name.) That made me laugh a bit after episodes of crying. The final episode was wonderful.
Most of the comments were from the group that was watching before the end, real-time monitoring. It was really…
I can see why that would be frustrating, I gave up on incomplete dramas because I can't stand waiting. The story is bearable but I did binge watch it with a lot of skipping.
I watched until ep 7 but had to skip a lot because there's a lot of second-hand embarrassmentt, especially with Jong Hee's bad acting. I didn't want to stay in suspense to find out the dad's secret so I skipped to ep 38. I've known about this drama for years after I found an FMV clip on YT, and I really wanted to watch it because of Lee Joon, but I guess it's just not for me. I'm honestly having a hard time getting invested in these characters. I did cry from ep 38 onwards because of the Dad's story. It's not bad just not for me.
While i know you can't always cast exact ages to correlate for adults but Song Seung Heon who played mo gang ,…
I thought the mall collapse was 20 years prior? In 1997 and the series was in 2017 so that makes around 20 years. Kim Joon was 13 during the mall collapse.
Just to make it clear it was GrimReaper #007....Since he didn’t exist anymore he could use his face and granted…
Except that doesn't really make sense because she didn't have to remember him at all, so why have her remember those memories if it wasn't really him going to meet her. If not to give HIM a happy ending, there was no point to those final scenes at all.
I still really love the story even with that annoying ending, there's just so much I wish we got to see. Also, this is probably the only supernatural story I've seen where the lead never gets outed for what he is. I wanted to see how others reacted to it, but then Black would have had to admit that the real moogang died.
I rewatched this for the first time in years, I'd forgotten quite a bit so I had plenty of surprises. But I remember…
Also, how inconsistent is the ML's power? He can stop a car barehanded (how the hell did the FL completely ignore that it happened?) but struggles to fight a human barehanded to the point of getting stabbed several times.
