I want to ask is the ML red flag? If not I really interested to watch this series,if yes how far of red flag he…
Its not that obvious from just 2 eps but he throws an astray at the MC and then gets moody sometimes. He does apologize later but idk if he'll live upto that promise to not hurt him again.
Istg I'm seeing your comments on every show I watch and its basically saying how obsessed you are with it 🤣🔥Btw…
I already know the ending and that he constantly suffers at the hands of everyone so idk if there's more to know atp lol but feel free to tell me about it! Honestly I've had mixed feelings about Bittersweet Love since the actors have had pretty harsh lives and I want to support them but I can't help but dislike this show ðŸ˜
I didn't expect I'd do this but I've rewatched the 2 episodes multiple times already, just for the two actors lol. The actor of Leuk Tou is so charismatic and a treat to watch but many are saying its not his first role? I really want to watch his other works but can't find any info online so can someone help me with that? This is quickly becoming my new obsession and I just hope they maintain this momentum 🔥
Just one question will someone help me find that is it worth to watch like there has been a lot of hype around…
Its really good..tbh the ratings are less probably coz of the AI intro and editing, like a few scenes look like they were made using AI, but its only a few shots across the 2 episodes released so far. I'd say give it a try. Its not a cheap version of Kinnporsche, yess its set in the mafia world but its still distinct, so I'd say judge for yourself.
It's the small yet astonishingly significant changes in one’s own behavior that makes this bourgeoning romance…
Exactly. In fact he sometimes doesn't act like a teenager at all, with these actions its especially evident. Putter is after all portrayed as someone mature for his age, but with Lee-ith the impulsiveness and stupid decisions are more evident. Yet at times he still acts better and handles some situations so well that its astonishing. I'm not saying its unrealistic, but maybe it shows that there's more to him than meets the eye, and along with Putter we get to see the real him too. I'll admit I met many people like Lee-ith before in high school, who seemed careless and I thought it was coz of their age..but now I'm wondering if they would've acted differently with someone else they maybe cared more about lol.
So after they met, its slowly revealed to us what happened in that 6-month timeline, as in ep 1 we get to see them in a situationship, kind of. Leuk tou doesn't want to acknowledge that they are in a relationship coz of the difference in status and maybe some other reason that's not yet revealed. That's why in ep 2 they decide to stop seeing each other, but ofc that doesn't last long when Leuk comes to Foon's appartment which is at the end of ep 2.
See above this comment section there's a discussion section, with the top one being Deep in OST. There you'll find people have listed all the songs played at specific moments
Really enjoyed this one but I'm glad I didn't check the novel first. Once you know the original characters are…
I'd say the series is better than the novel, and many people here who had already read it before this aired agreed. Its like a r@pe fantasy, and tbh the characters are not that likeable. They all make terrible decisions, and it just feels easier to believe that Zhen xin is that impulsive if he's in his early 20s like the series than if he was more mature or 10 years older. Also no, they aren't miscast, its a deliberate choice. The director decided to go with young actors coz that's what made it more believable, since in China most by that age already have a proper family with children, which makes it even more difficult to leave everything for a spontaneous romance that started on set. The rich there have so many mistresses at that age for a reason. Also, he didn't want to cast mature actors as that would make their families uncomfortable, since those he did like at that age were already married with kids. Shu yuan is definitely not muscular, but he could have been styled better in the series to look more like Gao zhun/zhang zhun. And this series handled the r@pe matter seriously, instead of it being brushed over and the perpetrator also gets punished, which is satisfying.
So just finished it and I liked it, I was not crazy about it but I would give it an okay score. The actors were…
They were not themselves, at the end clip they were the real Fang Chi an Gao zhun, this revealed to us that they were the real people all along and who we thought were real- Zhen xin and Zhang zhun, were the characters of the novel they were reading.
Hi, I'm recommending Ash to you coz honestly its really underrated and the first Hong Kong BL with the leads actually speaking Cantonese so I hope you give it a try
Does anyone have any other bl recommendations with characters that don't act like children and a more mature storyline?…
If you like chinese BLs I'd recommend a few- 1. A Winer Sun Awakes the Wind in Spring Hill's Dream 2. Sammy's Children's Day 3. Ash( Its the first ever ongoing BL from Hong Kong so both the leads speak Cantonese here, its not dubbed unlike others)
And this is a Thai BL but I think everyone should watch this coz its that good- Khemjira
This is quickly becoming my new obsession and I just hope they maintain this momentum 🔥
Btw this is random but I really wanna know your opinion on Bittersweet Love
