While we are almost certain that ML will end up with FL, we aren't 100% sure - writers might pull off some unique ending where the guys end up together, or some kind of open ending or even a tragic ending. And there's a secondary gay character that might be a possible love interest for SML. Watch it if you want, but keep in mind that guys might or might NOT end up together (the latter being more probable but not certain YET). It's not a BL show

You should watch New Dragon Gate Inn (1992). I love both movies (despite their flaws) but IMHO the 1992 version is better - more coherent plot, interesting characters, great fights and acting. And a sprinkle of black comedy.

I watched it. First ep is kind of introduction, nothing really happens but I have to say it has great OST and some nice visuals. Two guys already met (more like... bumped into each other and talked for 2 seconds). Judging from preview they'll have some more interaction in the next episode. Although I'm pretty sure that FL is the 'end game' couple, we can't be certain for now. I had fun! It's not bad so watch it if you want
