Title It's Okay to Not Be Okay Spoiler
Yes it was nice to see GT realizing a truth he buried. The bad memories about his mother lived stronger than the…
I think MY showed improvement. She said that her days were shitty after she saw sleep paralysises = she admitted feeling sad, she felt happy with GT in the car and even recognized her feeling by drawing a smiling face on the window, she clearly felt empathy and slightly chocked up when GT was explaining the nightmare doll to him and the important point imo was that she empathised not just with GT but ST this time. The biggest wall for ASPD patients is empathy and she is already so much better than in the start where she was wondering “should I help him, should I not?” You could tell from her facial expression she felt bad for ST for seeing nightmares. She was scared of her mother but finally cut her hair to break free, notice how whenever memories of her mom is shown the mother is always combing her hair and telling her that “she is special and like no other” but she cut her hair to symbalize she’s not the same as her mother and doesn’t want her mother to comb her hair anymore. In the beginning she couldn’t cut her hair out of fear but in the ending she gained courage and did it. I disagree that she toke the shawl to make GT fall into her trap tbh, she didn’t know the meaning of the shawl it hold to that mother, she was just angry at her for triggering her trauma about her mother and getting her fired.
