Title It's Okay to Not Be Okay Spoiler
Yes it was nice to see GT realizing a truth he buried. The bad memories about his mother lived stronger than the…
I think MY showed improvement. She said that her days were shitty after she saw sleep paralysises = she admitted feeling sad, she felt happy with GT in the car and even recognized her feeling by drawing a smiling face on the window, she clearly felt empathy and slightly chocked up when GT was explaining the nightmare doll to him and the important point imo was that she empathised not just with GT but ST this time. The biggest wall for ASPD patients is empathy and she is already so much better than in the start where she was wondering “should I help him, should I not?” You could tell from her facial expression she felt bad for ST for seeing nightmares. She was scared of her mother but finally cut her hair to break free, notice how whenever memories of her mom is shown the mother is always combing her hair and telling her that “she is special and like no other” but she cut her hair to symbalize she’s not the same as her mother and doesn’t want her mother to comb her hair anymore. In the beginning she couldn’t cut her hair out of fear but in the ending she gained courage and did it. I disagree that she toke the shawl to make GT fall into her trap tbh, she didn’t know the meaning of the shawl it hold to that mother, she was just angry at her for triggering her trauma about her mother and getting her fired.

IM SO PROUD OF KO MOONYOUNG! In this episode she showed that she indeed has feelings, she felt sad, she felt happy, she felt worried, she felt empathy (!!!) and she even faced her fear. I think with the help of the psychiatrist she can heal properly. Gangtae as well showed so much character development, he skipped for to do what he wants! He didn’t suppress his feelings and cried twice and even praised moonyoung. I can’t wait for tomorrow’s episode.

Personally I never viewed it as her mother is dead. I have leaned towards her being missing and they are at that…
Have you seen the latest episode? She described explicitly how her mothers dead body was found, it’s a mystery to me tbh

I know but why did juri say “but your mom is alive” when MY said my mom is dead? Could it be a plot hole, it’s just too random to be a coincidence tbh

Good question, i was wondering about the same thing butthen i said maybe her mother suicided or got killed and…
If i remember right MY said my dads soul is dead but my moms soul is alive but body dead. Imo if juri didn’t know wouldn’t she say “my mom passed away” I also find it interesting juri said BUT your mom is alive, since the sleep paralysis MY sees is apparently her mom I wonder whether juri has seen MY have sleep paralysis? I hope they explain what happened to MY mom in further episodes

I wonder if MY mother is really dead? In the first episode juri said “but your mother is still alive” and in this episode MY said “mom is that really you?”. MY might just have said that as a CPTSD symptom but I don’t understand why juri said her mother is still alive?

I will ask this here since I haven’t seen anyone mentioning it, does anyone know what brand of cigarettes moonyoung smokes in the drama? I have never seen black cigarettes in my life before and it fits the character so well

Well i used to actively watch kdramas years ago when 5% in cable dramas was equivalent to 20%, I wasn’t aware that it has changed with time, thank you for your information.

Please remember that this drama appears in cable channel tvN not sbs or kbs etc, 5% viewer ratings in a cable drama is comparable to a public channel drama getting 20% viewer ratings. 5% is not bad at all, if it gets 10% etc it will be considered very successful.

Title Chicago Typewriter Spoiler
Both im soojung and yoo ahin are great actors but there is no chemistry between them and there are some plot holes.…
There are some really self-destructive habits and actions showed in the drama like how he overdosed, had suicidal thoughts and I know it’s supposed to be romantic but didn’t mind losing his entire fortune just to not hurt jeonseol, I understand he loved her but he seemed to depend on her alot for happiness. He was hiding himself behind a shell and had alot of unsolved trauma, the writer throw alot at him without really going in depth into his problems and solving them. Love gives you strength but can’t make your childhood traumas disappear, I feel like the drama missed the healing part and jumped straight to love. I know it’s just a drama but the writer did way better job with soohyun and hwiyoung than seju and jeonseol.

Both im soojung and yoo ahin are great actors but there is no chemistry between them and there are some plot holes. Seo hwiyoung and ryu soohyun managed to squeeze some kind of chemistry but han seju and jeonseol are just hopeless. The whole time watching this I thought han seju needs therapy and im actually glad he seeks therapy in the drama.

No offense but I started watching K-drama with this one. This drama doesn't have some short of dark past or childhood…
I don’t really care, you might’ve enjoyed it and im happy for you but it’s objectively bad, mediacore acting, terrible scenario & script, the only thing that saves it is the directing

I know that hanyangs ending was decided to be bad by the director to scare the viewers to not use drugs but it was still very disappointing. I also think neither of the couples had any chemistry, if anything jiwon and hanyangs chemistry was the best
