SJK is back at his best? Woo hooo

Yeah this kind of expressionless character like YJH tend to make the said actor is okay not to emote or adding depth to the character just because he is supposed to be looks no emotion and their eyes just not telling a story. That's the wrong approach, and many production fall into this kind of execution. the best I think of this kind of male lead is heartless city Jung Kyung Ho and The innocent man's Song Joong Ki. Let's see what Lee Min Hoo bring to the table. His appearance is not my main concern, but I was let down alot by his performance in the king eternal monarch. He was just had little effort to add depth. hopefully because this is big budget project, he will start giving an effort.

watch ryu kyung soo in confession and no wonder he is casted here. He is really a pro with this kind of tis crazy but mysterious character.

It seems she is just doesn't invest much in every relationship either with her family and her colleague. Given her circumstance , her behaviour kind make sense.

A vincenzo character might be make him back to his stardom, but it won't be long since younger actor keep appearing and he will no longer attract new younger audience like before. And it won't help increasing his acting skills much too. He needs to attract older audience with picking challenging roles because older audience tend to more picky in terms of judging performances.

I actually worry about him doing romance roles. I want it pure melo . But that's okay.

Finally a melo romance. After along long time. So tired of him doing blockbuster action flicks or revenge flicks kind of drama like vincenzo or reborn rich. His character is so thin on arc and has no real obstacle and it bored really fast. At his age he needs doing more nuance roles. His acting acting is reggressing since he keep picking mid character in drama.

A really good series with fuck up and complex family relationship. The build up is really worth it. The script is quite subtle. I enjoy it alot. We can said it it's psychological thriller.

I think you have a point, And Ahn Hyoseop is not at his best in Dr Romantic 3 (the exception is episode 9 - 10 ). But I do think he can out act some senior at his best. many people seems underestimating his skills as an actor

Dr romantic 3 is my least of Ahn Hyo Seop Performances, but glad he won it. he is just looked exhausted in it so I can't appreciated his performances. His roles is also more like a supporting roles to me, not as significant as in dr romantic 2 so he can't do much. I just pretend this award is for his roles in ATCY, love his performance in there more.

So glad Lee SUng Kyung won TOP Excelence. She is very good in Dr Romantic 2, but the roles in Dr romantic 3 is more challenging to her IMO and her skills is getting better, might be after starring in "call it Love" is helping her too. , so glad she also won top excellence in APAN swar Award.

So pity Han SU Kyu didn't attended.

What good acting.? Jun hoo barely want to act in king the land. Yoona and supporting cast is the one who carried hard king the land. Same here the only reliable is yoojung acting.

Enjoyable due to Kim Yo Jung. I miss her so bad. I think she is the one who will carried this show along with supporting char and the guessing game who is the culprit and their motive.

I know what you wan trying to say but ahn hyoseop is not one of thoae handsome face who can't act. U might wonder why his choice of project not as dull as cha eun woo and song kang. Because he has range.

You should try reading the novel. There is some part which webtoon left out and most of the time is kim dokja inner though. The novel is just feel more nuance because they explain it in detail. More so... kim dokja is not reliable narrator, so we will misunderstanding some character action because what kim dokja inner though it's not always what it seems. Might read webtoon first to grasp the world building and read novel for more understanding char action.

I don't know if they should make an anime first. They feel different between webtoon and webnovel already for me. Every adaptation will somehow feel diffferent. They have different author despite the same source material.

The king affection is totally different characteristic. She is a king. Here there is similarities between woohwak and young woo. Still there is the difference too.

That's not an issue. between taiwan and Korea. That's just an excuse. Many actor in Korea get typcasted to0, especially when you get famous. You already have many mmore option to get project, but you choose save route, playing the same character what make you famous. It's my grip with song joongki for always typcast after successfully playing character like Kang Maru.... Now he is already act kangmaru version 2 in Vinzenco and Kang maru v3 in Do Joon.

thankfully hyoseop doesn't get trapped by that typecasting. I don't think I'm a blind fan, I think you are the one who blind by greg hsu who you think has no flaw and hyoseop should try to imitate his acting and give the same energy while It's up to him interpreting the character. This is not webtoon or novel adaptation which has no 3D version.

The original drama is already make, and it's up to the creator of the remake which want they want to change, because let's admit, why would you make a remake the drama if all the detail has to copy the OG? Just watchbthe og version.


if I'm honest, I dislike Hyoseop acting in Dr Romantic 3, he is so lackluster there, it's clear he is in a slump, I was actually worried he would be lackluster in atcy. . But thankfully it's not happening.

You lost me when you think Lee Min Hoo doing a good job in City Hunter, Meanwhile he is by no means can justify the character there. No real complexity. But if YJH is not that complex it will be different story.

I read webnovel and webtoon, but Kim Dokja give me different vibes. Kim dokja in webnovel is more that angsty feels. I don't know which version you want hyoseop to potray the character.

I think it's just about your expectation and sood expectation than his acting issue in general. You can just skip this movie since they already confirm his casting.
