Title My Mister
Please give it another chance! The drama is about people in a lowly state building each other up. It shows family…
FOE (Flower of Evil) BGM is also really good; I listen to it from time to time. Dear Moon by JeHwi is also an excellent track on MM ost.

I would say the OST for 2521 is the only other OST I have liked the most as well, but it seems you have watched the drama already. I also liked Crash Landing On You OST, but I wasn't a big fan of the drama. IONTBO OST is good as well.

It's because people didn't pay attention watching the first episodes and they waited for a happy ending. In episodes…
That's good to know we have the same favourite drama, but I am still very set on the fact that the execution is why the ending was controversial but impactful in the first place; although it should have never been that controversial, it was still lacking in parts. No drama is ever perfect, regardless.

I see that you have watched R88 yourself. It comes around with a similar theme of the impermanence of youth, but that does not mean it has a sad ending. Or are you willing to say it has one as well? The point is that 2521 had an ending with sad things about it, but its message is still bittersweet; the execution was just unfortunate, which made it feel like a tragedy when it's something that commonly happens to people, and there still can be positive things about it as well.

That should not mean it's a sad ending, though. Then again, this exactly proves my point on why the ending wasn't executed well; the point shouldn't have been that your youth does not last and will never return, and life will suck later on. It can be sad, but your life does not stop after the ages of 25-21 or your youth in general. I agree it did make me sad, but how does that make it a sad ending? I am not one of the folks who would ramble about reality and stuff, but the last episode was not a masterpiece. It wasn't bad either, and I think it's honestly too hated on. The show is my all-time favourite, and I also think it's one of the best shows I have ever seen, in any language. I cried, and I still do not believe it was a sad ending by any means, and I can still say some things could have been better. The Smile Has Left Your Eyes, Mr. Sunshine or Youth of May would be much better examples of sad endings.

Filler, copy-paste, Good chemistry, Amazing outfits, draggy, filler, then more filler is what I am getting about the drama from looking at these comments. I guess I made the right choice not to let FOMO come at me.

I do not understand why it should be a sad ending; it's somewhat bittersweet. Dramas I would classify with more melancholy endings include TSHLYE, Youth of May, Snowdrop, Uncontrollably Fond and Mr. Sunshine. 2521 doesn't have a sad ending compared to those. It does make you cry, but it's not traumatizing or the saddest thing ever. I agree that people did not pay much attention, but the ending wasn't that well executed either.

Person Kim Won Suk
Truly an incredible talent. Like, My Mister? Misaeng? Signal? Arthdal Chronicles? Outstanding work in all.

It was the super sad ending. It was rated at least a 9.1 while it was on air. I had it ranked at a 10 the whole…
I would understand that, but I could never rate it lower than a 10; that would also break my heart.

I remember it being a 9.1 when it was airing lolol
8.8 is still a great score but a drama with this kind of quality deserves something higher. I have yet to finish TW, but the rating of 9.2 kind of bugs me.

They met in last 2 minutes and end up together. And now drama ends, tragedy starts, living with Mo Eun.
Yikes, lol. That's a very cliche way to end the drama.

I think it was An Affair (1998). I am not sure, though, since I watched the movie a year ago, so my memory isn't…
Of course. :)

i just realised that ML is younger than FL in real life with the same age gap ....😂😂
I believe they also first met in real life when they had to do a commercial back in early 2016. The ML was 21 years old, and the FL was 25 years old at the time, and then they reunited in this drama, which is called Twenty-Five Twenty-One. Crazy.

The OST is too underrated, but it is one of the best. There is a Rainbow by Vincent Blue has to be my favourite track.
