I agree. They don’t give the viewers any time to enjoy the Happy in the ending, if that makes sense. Maybe it’s a culture thing… the Korean audience just wants an ending. Then okay, next kdrama. It’s not like “Friends” in the US with 10 years of the series!

I also thought it odd when HS compared TH to a dad. Maybe that doesn’t translate from Korean to English well? Otherwise I thought it was going to be a way or reason for HS to end it.
I hope not…

Also HS’s mother makes my blood pressure go up every episode. Why did she have to be decent at the end of ep 35? LoL

@alisha_eli: why was it okay for the ML & FL to be together after a year? The v MK was still the mistress’s son. And why did oldest sister say it’s okay after a year? Did mom agree?

I loved this drama, I just don’t understand why the FL had to be in pain for over a year for no reason?!?

I understand your point of view and it could be correct. Sadly in Kdramas many endings are not concrete. Meaning Mi-eun and Jin-woo didn’t actually have “dialogue” that we saw in screen. Just my thought…

Keep going, it’s not perfect (very rarely is) but the ending left a peaceful feeling. Like most of the episodes.
