Also, when done right, and it's an actual shock on the character's face (not them just standing there stiff as a board) it's a little bit cute😂😭

Oh no I'm sorry😂😂😭🫣 I really did enjoy Only for Love in the beginning, but it got a little ridiculous and boring. And also I couldn't get past ML oversized suits and oversized glasses that never sits properly on his face😭🫣

I know these are petty reasons, but I just couldn't get past them at the time. Maybe someday I will go back to it!


As for You are my Glory, I don't dislike the FL. I just can't seem to get into any show she's playing the FL in. And I'm not saying she's a bad actress, she just hasn't been able to grab my attention yet...

That show was another level with intimacy building of the MC. They were so natural together and intimacy was common place. It was fantastic to watch!!

I stayed away from You are my Glory cause I'm not really a fan of the actress who plays FL. But maybe I will give it a shot. Though I love both leads in Only For Love, that show bored me to death, so I dropped😭

I am already watching. I'm on episode 4, but had to put it on hold to catch up on Love's Rebellion.

But I will continue watching this one once I've caught up on that show!

Oh no... She did annoy me a little in ep 4, but based on the comments here I thought she got better? (I haven't watched past ep 4 yet).

Re: deadfish kissing: You are absolutely right about cdramas catering to teenagers and not adults. It really doesn't make sense for two grown adults to be in a committed relationship and not kiss, or act all surprised when they are kissed. Especially if one of them was already in a long term relationship before.

I'm really enjoying this show. The story is starting to take form and most of our characters are established. The story is settling in and I think the rest of the episodes are going to be good.

One thing I appreciate is that the show isn't funny just for the sake of being funny. The comedic parts are ACTUALLY FUNNY and makes sense for the plot. Lol our favorite dragon lord jr. taking revenge on the annoying fox?? Lol now that was funny 😂

If you are thinking about dropping this after the first two episodes, don't. Give it a chance. But I understand, cause that's how it was for me too in the beginning. The first 4 episodes were meh, didn't really draw me in like that, but I powered through them cause I loved the MC. Then episode 5 happened and it was the BEST episode. Episode 6&7 was also just meh.

For me, I didn't really start to enjoy the show until ep 8. The show really picked up in episode 8 and it's been consistently good so far. You will really enjoy episode 9 &10!!!

Give it a chance, and I promise you will enjoy the show!!

You might be right that maybe this time it's not the fox who betrayed them. BUT I REFUSE to give that annoying fox the benefit of the doubt because of how many times he's already betrayed them before. To me, he's the culprit until proven otherwise 😂

I know the fox is pitiful and I understand him trying to save his family. But I just can't find it in me to care, because of how he's been acting. His story just feels superficial so far. Hope they flesh out his character more in the upcoming episodes.

Me too, I'm so glad she moved on. I was worried the show was going to use the "push and pull" trope between the FL and her ex, but I'm happy that's not the case. I'm glad she isn't pinning away for him!

From my understanding, according to his mom in ep 2 (I think?) ML has had a crush on FL since high school. He used to talk about her all the time. But FL doesn't know this. That's why when he told his mom that they reconnected, it seemed believable.

Lol also, I think he must have looked her up and found out about where she's at in life. So since he was trying to marry someone because of his mom's illness anyway, FL seems like the best choice.
