Unfortunately, whenever he has a drama out, antis come out in drove and downvote it. It's sad to see. It was worse for Wonderland of love. But thankfully, real viewers rate the show properly.

You should watch him in Wonderland of Love. It came out last year. You will fall more in love with him. His chemistry with Jing Tian was amazing. He acted his character really well!!

Lol me too. I have tried watching it twice but always drop it in the first 10 episodes. It just can't seem to capture my attention. 🫣

Exactly this!! I enjoyed his chemistry with Yang Mi and Jing Tian.

But his chemistry with Seven Tan is one of the BEST. It just takes it the next level. It's making a lot of people see Xu Kai differently. There's just something different and amazing about their chemistry that lights up the screen. They were really good together!

It's based on a novel. Some things were changed here and there, but the overall story stuck to closely to the novel

Just showing normal family interaction. This show has a lot of normal real life interactios that adds depth to the overall story.

It depicts how a regular realistic family would act when their children come to visit and are leaving.

It also symbolizes that JX parents accepted HT because they are giving them all these food to take back.

It was a fun and cute moment seeing HT struggle with closing the already packed suitcase😂

Oh yes, that scene was my favorite. That she finally understands the depth of his love and realizing that it didn't start "today"

I just can't stand that sucker. Also, I'm not liking how he never really apologized to JX about how he ended the relationship then got with her bf. Even the bf never apologized to JX either.

How was it?? I didn't really hear much noise about it on social media. Maybe it's because I wasn't paying attention to it. Too engrossed with ABAY.

I need to go finish S1 so I can watch S2. Couldn't really get into S1 (stopped at ep 10) but I want to give it another go. Maybe this time it would be different. Same thing happened with JOL, I dropped at ep 7 three times before I was able to actually watch it and finish it. And I ended up LOVING it!! And I was ready amd excited when S2 came out, which I loved too. So maybe I will give LYF another go.

Lol don't even get me started on TPR. That show annoyed me to no end. I stayed till the end cause I love ZLH but damn that show disappointed me with its poor storytelling

I am done watching and I LOVED it!!! I can't believe I'm saying this again, but once again, I'm here praising cdrama writers. (Who would have thought right?? Lol) But really that's how good the writing of this show gets. Especially after the breakup. Everything was wrapped up real nice and nothing was left to the imagination. And for that alone, I am really thankful ☺️

My guess is they are trying to show us that they didn't really meet by accident (if you remember how they first met in ep 1 with JX running into HT car) but that they were meant to be all along. That's why this time, they greet eachother like old friends.

It was all beautifully done!

No, there won't be a S2. The show explored EVERYTHING well and everyone got their deserved ending. It finishes just right with nothing left to the imagination!

Okay I'm finally done. This was a really really good show!! I was really scared that the writers would mess up the pacing after the breakup, but to my surprise, it was done so well. We got EVERYTHING and MORE. And even without the extra episode, I wouldn't have missed anything. Episode 40 ended so well that the bonus episode was just a good cherry on top ☺️

One thing I really loved about this show is how much of a real couple HT and JX are. The writers really did their thing with that. They portrayed them really well with the everyday interactions of couples and just the mundane things real life couples do. I truly appreciate that. Lol also, I noticed HT love language is physical touch. He enjoys kissing JX so much. It was beautiful to witness.

HT and JX have now entered my top 4 couples: Ye Hua and Bai Qian being my number one (TMOPB), then Jiang Li and Duke Su (The Double), Ren Ru Yi and Ning Yuan Zhou ( A Journey To Love) and now HT and JX! I really love how Xu Kai and Seven Tan brought these characters to life.

As we all know, Seven is a really good actress. She brings all her characters to life and makes you fall in love with them. So, I wasn't expecting anything else!! For me, this is the first time I am really really admiring Xu Kai and start to see him as sexy. Lol even though I have seen majority of his dramas. This is the first time he really stood out to me. He really did justice to HT character. Looking forward to seeing them cooperate again in another drama. Preferably historical!!

I love that each character got their well and deserved ending! This is one show where I loved all the characters and enjoyed them on screen (except for the annoying ex &friend, and Zhen Di and Cheng ke) lol.

I'm not going to lie, though I was against Lili and SZZ getting together before, towards the end, I was even rooting for them. I love how the show handled Lili's character. She didn't loose her fabulous self and they didn't "dumb" her down just so she can "fit" with SZZ. She stayed true to herself and it worked out perfectly with SZZ. I really loved how all that played out!!

I guess my trust in cdrama writers is slowly coming back because of this show. Hope future shows have good writing too!! Well, off I go to rewatch from the beginning!!

Ps: What are we all watching next? Is Legend of Jewelry coming out anytime soon? I heard Youku will broadcast Kill Me Love Me next month?

I agree with this!! When it comes to the big four (iQIYI, Tencent, Youku, and Viki) Viki comes out ontop.

I'm just a regular user of these apps and from my pov, Viki is the best in translations, good user interface, and being user friendly. All the other apps can't compare to Viki, especially iQIYI. They are the worst. All the others are mini IQIYI. Lol.

No really, though I complain about viki all day, I highly commend its user friendless. Like when I open a show, it doesn't automatically starts playing it. It lets me read the synopsis first, read comments, read about the actors, then if I choose to watch the show, I can do so by myself. It doesn't automatically add it to my "continue to watch" list just because I clicked on the show.

I hate that the other platforms just start playing a show as soon as you click on it. Doesn't take you to the synopsis or anything... It's a pet peeve of mine. Lol give a chance to learn about the show first.

I just can't find the actual show on Tencent. So far, I have been watching it on viki or kisskh. Kisskh has all episodes so I watch there.

Bit I was just wondering why I couldn't find the show on Tencent, even though I pay for Tencent.😭
