I think in the midst of everything happening, we are all overlooking the RIGHTLY DESERVED BEATING LTG got from NYZ.
I didn't think it was enough azz whooping, but god it was SATISFYING, EXHILARATING, AMAZING. His tantrums were getting out of hand. That was the final crazy act he pulled and I'm glad NYZ didn't let him off. I was so excited to see his crazy punk azz got GOOD beating for once. Whew... what a MOMENT 🤗
If you're wondering whether you should watch this drama, don't. The first half is pretty good, and builds up very…
If you are wondering whether to watch this show or not, PLEASE WATCH. Lol no disrespect to this person comment, BUT, this person is being dramatic because they didn'tget the ending they hoped for. Don't take their opinion as fact.
In my opinion (which is not fact either. Believe it or not) the drama is good all the way through. Since the beginning, we knew how it will end for all the main leads. It's foreshadowed and nothing really comes as a major surprise. The writers DID NOT sprung anything on us last minute. They have been giving us clues since ep 1. Everything was well thought out.
Is it sad?? Yes, all the things that happened in the last 6 episodes is quite sad, but nothing is surprising. The whole point of this drama from day one has been about their journey . We've watched the characters go through it all and we as viewers were never given a guarantee on how it will all end. But based on everything that happened, the ending is very befitting for all the characters story arc.
This drama is one of the best for 2023. It's a good one to close the year out. So please be your own judge!! Happy Holidays!!
Being a Chinese script writer must be so hard. You can have the best script and writing throughout your show, but give an ending people aren't satisfied with??? Lol Now people start cursing your show and down voting it, and calling it bad.
Guys I know we are all sad about the SE/OE of our leads. We feel cheated cause we've been with them throughout this journey. But throughout this show, we have known that MANY of them weren't going to make it. The writers haven't hid that from us. Everything was foreshadowed.
Lol now was I surprised about our ML & FL? Very much so. I was expecting way better ending for them. But then again, if we really think about it, it seems a fitting ending for them and their story arc.
Please guys, just because we didn't get an ending we like does not mean the show isn't good. And please judge the overall show from beginning to end, NOT just the ending. This show has been one of the BEST dramas of 2023.
I've liked and felt everything you've said before Falling into You. I've dropped that drama immediatly. Unwatchable
Oh. Lol well I really love that drama. It's become my comfort drama when I need a little happiness in my life. Wang An Yu and Jin Chen had a really good chemistry and they did a good job
If I may ask, why did you think it was unwatchable and dropped it?
Yet two more episodes that made me emotional. Seeing NYZ cry and mourn made me cry. That whole scene was done so beautifully. Usually, I get annoyed by flashbacks in moments like that (cause they usually take me out of the moment) but here, it was really done well and packed a punch. I think it was the way Liu Yu Ning acted out that whole scene that made it so memorable. He portrayed all the emotions of a heart broken man, and did it so well. Good job to him!!!
Our favorite niece YY has really grown up and matured. I was clapping like a proud parent when she was talking to An Emperor. Lol LTG was so speechless, it was quite funny.
This show and its characters really did take us on a beautiful journey and it's been a pleasure getting to know them. Their journey really is coming to a close. Everything is at stake for our characters, and now it's all up to fate.
Thinking about how everything will turn out is making me a little sad. Lol so I'm going to go watch my comfort show "Falling Into You" for the sixth time to cleanse my emotions and feel good again 🤗
So let me guess - we are next going to be asked to believe someone conveniently happens to have a right side heart?
I just rewatched that scene again because of this comment. She was stabbed on her left side, where the heart is. Unless I'm misunderstanding something?? I think they got it right?
Am I the only one disappointed how easy they left Yang Ying behind? Yuan Lu didn't even move a little finger (…
I think NYZ went back to save her, but RY told him she would do it. But so much was happening, I didn't really have time to process the decision about Aying.
Remember in her speech to Sun ling, when she ordered him to leave her behind, she said the group has done so much for her, and protected her, so she wants to contribute too. So it was her decision to be left behind and give them a way out. I think it's a testament to how much she has grown. And how willing she is to work to the bigger picture. A lot was at stake and she felt like this was her only way contribute.
Yeah. The journey of knowing all the characters is the one that I cherished more than anything in this drama.…
Yep. I really like that the show took it's time with the different relationships between the characters and was never nonchalant with it.
Each relationship (whether between main leads or side characters) is treated with the respect it deserve. Lol even the ones we find annoying. So props to director and writers!!
Lol it's so funny how we are all debating whether she's dead for real or not. Even though our logical brain knows that they can't really kill her, we are still considering it, cause of how believable this show has been in dealing with things. It's really a testament to how good the writing of this show is.
They got us all at the edge of our seats, worried sick about fictional characters🤭😭
One thing I really love about this show is how it took its time to build its characters and make us get used to their traits. Whether we find the characters annoying or not. (Cough...cough... LTG) In this way, we've gone through every journey with them. So everything these characters do is convincing. A job well done by writers and director!!
Just caught up to ep 31 & 32 and WOW... just...WOW. The acting and storytelling from scene to scene was so well executed. The emotions in these episodes were heightened. Aying praying in the middle of the yard, NYZ forging that sword, RY giving that speech to the scarlet guards, and everything that happened after that... you really feel all these emotions from the characters. And each actor did a good job conveying what's at stake!
Their journey is coming to a close and everything is at stake for our characters, and now it's all up to fate. Liu Yu Ning is really doing an amazing job portraying NYZ. I have been really impressed with his portrayal of this character.
On one hand, I'm excited for the next episodes. On the other hand I'm scared and don't want to watch cause I've gotten too attached to these characters and can't handle their fate😭
They have all these miracle worker medicine that can do anything, couldn't they make something for LTG to forget…
😂😂😂😂 this is such a funny comment.
Just the idea of the squad coming together to create a medicine to cure LTG craziness is making me lol. Cause there will be a lot of pettiness involved 😂😂

Lol I have been trying to watch ALP for the 5th time and each time I can't seem to get past ep18.
So I get it

But you are so right. He's finally grown up
People came up with nicknames for the annoying emperors😂

He has to take the antidote throughout different stops of their journey to An
