YES, SHE WOULD DATE HIM IF HE WASN'T SUCCESSFUL. Him not being successful at the time wasn't the reason they break up. She just used it as an excuse.
You will see, while they were together back then, She was the one that was always emotionally available, always optimistic about their future and his future, always encouraging him. She was the one that even made the first move in their dating cause the ML is just shy and doesn't know how to communicate.
She loved him thoroughly and knew him very well. But again, family insecurities came into play. And sometimes, unfortunately, our family's actions shapes our fate.
Me personally, I want to see the ML do the chasing this time around. I want to see him being there for her this time. I want to see him reassure her rather than her always reassuring him.

There's definitely more to it than him just moving aboard. Their breakup really stems from her insecurity within her family. The way her dad is treated by her mom's family, and finally from seeing how it all played affected her mom.
I don't want to give you a spoiler cause I don't know what ep you are on, but she was willing to give up EVERYTHING and be with him, if not for those circumstances that played out.

I wanted her to leave when they made it seem as if it was her fault for misunderstanding. It wasn't cute or funny. I wasn't able to enjoy the next scene because every scene with the ML after that " misunderstanding" was cleared up, felt awkward, weird, and forced to me. I don't think the writers handed that well.

You are right about her not giving him a chance to makena decision about their break up. But you have to remember, her wanting him to go abroad and pursue his career wasn't the only reason for the breakup.

She was given her ultimatum by her family, (choose him or her career) and going by how her dad is treated by her mom's family because of her mom's decision, (in choosing him) FL felt it was the right choice to break up with him.
She didn't wanted to end up like her mother, choosing love over career and ending up regretting it. It was a HARD decision to make.

It's really really good. The storyline is quite interesting and the ML and FL have a great chemistry. It's quite interesting to see them tackle human translation vs technology like this, and I'm looking forward to see how it all plays out.
I'm not usually a fan of Victoria Song cause I think (imo) that she always plays the same "cutsey, silly, dumb, child-like, weak" FL, so I don't watch her dramas. BUT her character here is quite different and I'm enjoying her. I really love her character!!!
I'm really enjoying this show. The story line is quite nice. It reminds me of "The Interpreter" but I hope this show has a better ending. All the actors are doing a great job so I look forward to more episodes!
My only critique I have now is the "fake dad/wife" story line. I don't like how dragged out the misunderstanding was and when it was cleared up they made it seem as if it was the FL fault for misunderstanding and not the ML fault for PURPOSELY making her misunderstand. I don't like how all that played out. And I know the family day at the park was supposed to be cute and all, it felt weird and cringe to me. I really don't like how that whole situation played out. I don't think the writers handed it right. Lol I think the ML was immature for that. I hope that storyline is over and done with now.
