Some of them are people, and some of them are NPC sock accts designed to generate a false appearance of consensus. What percent of the responses you see do you think are real, and what percent do you think are fake?
Now. I will tell you something.... you can - if you have the time and patience - actually find out what percent are really people and what percent are shills based off a sample group. Identify all the Team KSH accts, and one by one go look at their profiles. On MDL, that's usually easy. But on places like Twitter, that can be harder.
There is a certain kind of marketing specialty work, where you build long-term fake accounts that look real. The more real the account looks, the more money they can charge to shill for a paying client. But there's always something wrong with those accounts.... the pictures they post are not of themselves, but of places and things.... the comments always seem "off", like there's no personality there. It's always "so stoked I got free tickets and VIP backstage passes to the Kylie Minogue concert at the amiptheater 4/17/26 hashtag stupid crap, hashtag stupid crap, at rando at rando at famous person!!!!" interspersed with like a pic of a kitten "so cute omg!" and a pic of a forest at sunset "so relaxing in nature!" and a pic of 2 frappucinos "caramel or mocha today?"
And then those accounts will link to accounts that ALSO have this weird stepford wives feel to them.
After a little while of poking around in people's accounts, you can tell easily who is real and who is a fake persona, one of a marketing graduate's 30 alt accts that they use for whatever they get paid by the client to get used for.
I'll tell you something else. I was at an engineering college party once, and there was a marketing major there. We asked her what kinds of things a marketing major does. She said basically "Oh I go with other marketing majors to parties, and we get within earshot of several groups of people, then have a casual conversation with eachother we know they can all overhear. And then drop a mention like "OMG have you tried the Purple Blast Monster Energy drink?" and they'll be like "ZOMG totes that shit's the best!"
She's telling us that they do this IN RL.
And when you get an eye to see this kind of shit, you can carefully go through a batch of accts, and find out what exactly the shill-rate is. And you can find the obvious shills plus the not-so-obvious shills.

Although it's not in very clear english, I assume you're asking "why are you taking part in a distract from SKorean politics?" Which is actually an intelligent question, imo. The answer is that I don't know enough about SKorean politics to have an opinion on what's going on over there. I do know shit's crazy right now in SK politics. The idea that this could be a distract is valid. But the tactic is often like this: You have a bunch of elites who do horrible things, and they are very secretive. You need a distract, you just throw one of them under the bus, right? But the thing is.... just because everybody's doing it, doesn't make it okay. Not only does ONE of them deserve to be hung out to dry... they ALL do.
This would be a better question for a SKorean native, who DOES know about SK politics. As an outsider, I can only say that regardless if this is a distract or not, the exposure is deserved. In fact, more exposure is deserved. If that pushes something valuable out of the news cycle, that's unfortunate.... but I'm not qualified to have a valid opinion of SK politics anyways.
