KSH had a LOTTT of money tied up in his brand, and a lot of people with a vested interest in his continued success. It could have been him, it could have been someone close to him, it could have been an investor, or hey. I guess it could have been a legit suicide. Maybe it was a legit suicide, but Gold Narcissist and their connections drove him to it with threats and gangstalking or whatever. Who the hell knows what happened.

But all I know is.... that is just one HELL of a coincidence.

i agree this site has cancer. I've met really cool people tho. I've noticed a pattern that certain shows have gangs of bullies in them during a certain phase from about a month before release of the show to about 3-6 months after the show airs. And so I think these are shills hired by PR teams to hype shows. But since they're native asians, they don't get western mentality, and they think attempts to ridicule and shame are enough to change your opinion (ie a struggle session). But western mindset in current year is that we're pretty impervious to attempts to shame, so it doesn't work very well. If anything I'll rate a show lower because of bully "fans".

And it's always shows that have a lot of money sunk into them, but are basically mediocre like As Beautiful As You or My Demon.

But there are lots of other pages where these extremely strange, abusive, and stupid accts don't congregate to attack people for wrongthink.

However here, it's such a hot button issue, that people's emotions are running really high, and some accts literally literally belong to teens and pre-teens who psychologically are in a phase where they know everything and you know nothing and lalalalala i can't hear you, gfy hater! and they go too far without knowing it. There's people who have SA and trauma in their past, and this triggers it and they get really emotional too.

I'd really like MDL to be a more kind and intellectual place, but it's a public space, so whatchagonna do. We are here with shills, children, and emotion-based people. Thank god there's a block button.

I am just a wagie who loves asian dramas, so I stumbled onto this like 2 days ago when MDL had it for like 10 seconds at the top of the homepage.

So I get in the thread, and I can tell what is SURMISED to have happened. But no one had any links or sources. So I was asking for them so I could see this shit for myself, and I was getting completely mobbed like "google it dumass kys smh"....

And then people I asked for sources from, were like "whoa my source just dissappeared" and I was like "ARCHIVE EVERYTHING RIGHT MYOW" because I've seen this before when researching something that gets too close to TPTB.

My first question was "Are we SURE it was suicide and not "suicided"?" Because what if all this is people with FAR more power than KSH, setting him up for a fall on purpose to warn him to keep is mouth shut about knowing or seeing too much of what goes on in circles of power." and I was like y'know, this is an industry whose entire job it is to make made up shit look real. They can do it in a movie, they can do it in RL. Like... are we being manipulated here.

And so of course I was just MOBBED on.

I finally dug up some "evidence", and saw some links from some kind souls.... and while some of the evidence is circumstantial, some of it i think qualifies as actual proofs. So I'm just collecting info and watching other people research this all out.

I don't deny that this could be like a Bill Cosby situation, where everyone in the power circles he was in, was doing all the same shit he was doing or worse, and they just hung him out to dry, like musical chairs, the music stops and you're stuck without a chair. For some reason, the Inner Circle kicked him out, or made an example out of him or whatever.

Maybe that's what's going on. But that don't excuse what Bill Cosby did. So it's a weird situation, where ya they guilty, but something far MORE nefarious is going on, and no one's looking at it because they're so easily distracted and reactionary.

So I feel you about having a differing view on this, and feeling totally attacked. Its really tedious sometimes to wade through lo-IQ comments looking for just a rational intelligent conversation.

I understand your concern, and KSH is caught up in something bigger than himself right now, namely that this cannot stand as an industry practice. We need to rise up and send a clear message, not to him. To the people who are permissive of the attitudes that lead to child and woman victimization in S Korea, and in the entertainment industry at large. In that sense, I would not want to see KSH off himself. i would like to see the truth to come out in all it's detail, for him to face justice in a court of law, and for him to face meaningful and significant monetary penalties for what he has done.

This MAY go too far, as far as bullying a person who has not been convicted of anything, into doing something drastic. And if it did, I would not relish that, and I do not want that. But that's out of yours and my hands.

What I can do, personally, is be a part of the backlash the industry should face for letting things get to this point as far as child/female/actor exploitation. They need to face social pressure, monetary pressure, and cultural pressure to change. This is how that is taking shape.

Without further details, on it's face, KSH is very clearly guilty of enough that he's fair game. He's the most famous thing in Korea, and he should not be allowed to be peddled as the icon of K-culture, it sends the wrong message.

Like I said earlier in the thread, you can't tone police a bar brawl. That's admirably idealistic, but nature is taking it's course now.

This chick is a good fashion designer, but she works in a sweatshop style factory with a sewing machine. She meets ML who gives her a shot at actual designing, and as they achieve success, they grow closer. But there is always something in the way of them, iirc it was like an emotional/pshycological trauma or blockage on the part of the ML. He's a feisty fiery guy, very spontaneous, and emotionally repressed. In the end he gets shot by thugs, and dies in his own swimming pool wearing a leapord print fur coat.

The ending was very 'What Happened in Bali'. The ratings are low because the acting was mediocre, the angst was too high considering the show's logic for things and people was flimsy and makjang. And the ending was such a bummer cop out. I'm not sure if ML and FL even have a single kiss scene in that one.

Nobody appreciated that shit.

Not false equivalence. The key here is that the principle of 'innocent until proven guilty' applies to legal accusations, but that doesn’t mean you have to ignore behavior that could be potentially dangerous in real life. Alllll this is about making sure KSH never has the chance to victimize someone else.

I think youre misunderstanding that I don't give a shit one way or the other about KSH. I care about protecting children from being victimized.
