This is so annoying, the words 逍遥 actually have such a nice meaning in Chinese, like I can give you 5 decent English titles with the same meaning on the spot, but nooooo they chose to just use the pinyin. There's sooo many other dramas, books and even Chinese herbal medicine with the same name, this is going to be soo confusing, and promotion would be hard.
