I feel like the Bing Yi/Ying Long arc was WAAAYYYY too short, maybe they can make a prequel about it?? π€€π€€ Same with Li Lun/Zhu Yan, I mean, I know that the show's not over yet and there could be more time and chances for them, but still, imagine if we get a prequel about them π€π
I feel like there's a BE coming upππ, though I don't think that it would be so easy. I feel like that the group would try do everything to change their fate and go against what ZYC saw, but idk, I still feel that ZYZ would end up sacrificingπ£π
Reincarnation is not allowed. It's part of the censorship rules
Yeah, I also heard, but they do still allow some reincarnation, like with Love and Redemption. I think it's more about the bl allegations that might rise cus China's WAAAYYY stricter on that
I think that they said in some sources 2026ππ Chinese dramas usually take a shorter period to film (around 3 to 4 months?? 5 or more if it's longer or has complications) even though they are longer, however, editing and everything still needs to be taken into consideration, especially when it's xianxia. So I think that it's going to be early 2026/late to middle of 2025 ππ
So happy Luo Yunxi got casted as Chu Wanning!!!Haven't watched a lot of his dramas, but I have to admit, he is…
Nvm, I forgot, Till the End of the Moon was filmed after Immortalityπ, this is seriously confusing me, I have to keep reminding myself that they filmed this like in 2020π π
So happy Luo Yunxi got casted as Chu Wanning!!! Haven't watched a lot of his dramas, but I have to admit, he is a REALLY GREAT actor, whenever I think of Chu Wanning, Luo Yunxi's face just automatically pops up ππ , even the visuals match!! His role as Tan Taijin is kinda similar to Chu Wanning in some ways, maybe that was his audition tape??π π
Guyyss, I've literally given up all hope. By the time this airs (that is, IF IT WILL), along with all the other bl dramas, we'll all be old grannies and grandpas ππ
CNets have very different taste to internationals - CNets prefer deeper, more complex plotlines that touches on…
Yeah, I'm watching this on a Chinese streaming platform, and seriously, the comments are so dumb, either pointlessly criticising something stupid or just constantly announcing how "bad" something is.
I agree, CNets have a very different preference, like Republican era dramas, or honestly any kind of drama talking about the Republican era and "bashing Japan" (NO HATE from me). I feel like this drama is supposed to appeal more to international viewers than CNets, and honestly, I really like these types of shows. There's a lot of CNets commenting that the storyline's bad, the comedy's weird, random hate with GJM, the music's too "loud" ad it's like a "MV", and just whatever the hell they can come up with to criticise the actors and actressesπππ£
This comes down a lot to opinion and appeal tho, but I a lot of what these CNets are doing is just seriously soo low
Soo curious about Bai Jiu's real identity and secrets. Pei Sijing and Zhao Yuanzhou make such a good duo, never thought they'd been working together, though that part with the grass did get me thinking. Kinda worried for what's going to happen to them...
Erha'ers/Ranwan'ers would understand. Episode 19, the part where Wen Xiao got cut and was hanging from the ceiling: It's seriously giving Chu Wanning and his blood hourglass, especially with the white clothes and how they're both getting their blood drained ππ£
Can't wait for Lord Ying Long and Lord Bing Yi's past. We already know that Lord Bing Yi was Zhuo Yichen's ancestor, but what about Ying Long?? Is he also Zhu Yan or is he another one of Zhu Yan's relatives??
I know that a lot of people are talking about the ratings and heat index, but I just wanna say that nothing would be completely accurate and unbiased/prejudiced. A lot of the shows have really bad storyline, acting and overall, everything, but they become hits because the actors/actresses were really popular and well liked, so really, don't count on a lot of the ratings and stuff online. Chinese media can also be really toxic and overprotective of their idols, and slander other shows/actors/actresses on purpose, which I think is a whole other level of low. Also, a lot of these stuff is also based on personal preference, I for one, don't really enjoy romance, while others may not like serious shows and enjoy romance, so it also comes down to personal preference.
It's okay to have your own opinions and not like something, but it's not okay to spread hate, and slander the cast just because you like someone else and think that they deserved the role, the show is already out, and it is what it is, not everything would go according to the way you'd want. The cast and crew have put a lot of work into this, so please, respect them, and stop spreading hate and slander β€οΈπ
