520 is slang for 'i love you'. The chinese mandarin sounds for 520 sound similar to those for 'i love you' so it's used as slang for this. May 20th was Chinese Valentine's day so he was celebrating that to all :) (Well or possibly he meant the date, i haven't watched the video, but he likely meant the slang, and kind of both, it's a playful joke on the date May 20th)
