Ah, no problem! Answer whenever you like; I'm not going anywhere, haha. Lee Chun Hee really does give a good impression on variety shows; I think the last I saw of him was on an episode of Running Man that also included Ji Jin Hee and Joo Sang Wook. They were all really great. Didn't Master's Sun also include the other male lead from Cyrano? I still haven't seen it, but have heard tons, haha.
Thank you for info on The World That They Live In! It seems like this drama may be a good go. Though... I wonder whether or not having seen King of Dramas first will change my opinion. That one, I truly enjoyed -- and mostly for the zaniness/Kim Myung Min, haha.

Oh, that's amazing. I actually hadn't heard Hanzawa was already being adapted. It just speaks to the interest sparked by it. We can probably expect a Korean version eventually, too. Usually when a drama makes the jump across the way, it lands everywhere. And yes, I did really love it; I think the second half is where the drama shines best, but it's all crazy satisfying.
I actually need to pick up a new Korean drama, but of the currently airing ones... very undecided. @_@ Medical Top Team at least has Joo Ji Hoon though so....hm.

Somehow I knocked out every concluded drama on my list; it seems a little lonely now, haha. Your encouragement was well spent, though my enjoyment level was much higher than the inherent quality of "When A Man's In Love". It marks the first I've experienced such dissonance too, strangely enough.
Good Doctor was better than average. While my criteria might be a little too harsh/specific (I granted it an 8), others seem to be placing it around 9 and 10. Reviews are likely to pour in over the next few days :)
I see you've begun Hanzawa! How are you liking it so far?

Ah, you're fine. Life gets in the way sometimes, so feel free to answer whenever you can/wish. :)
Thank you very much for taking out time to inform me; Giant does seem as though it should suit me. I had heard it was also very similar to another drama of interest (East of Eden), though much better.
As for which genres I enjoy, my patience allows for most anything as long as it's well-executed. I'll have to give Kamisama Mou Sukoshi Dake a gander as well.

Something about companion change in Doctor Who always hurts, haha. Because of my dad, I'm a fan of the classic series as well -- and occasionally -those- companions get me a little sniffly. Do you also watch Sherlock then? Many people tend to get into both, it seems.

Though we weren't able to keep up with them ultimately, I want to thank you for following the Good Doctor recaps! It was a lot of fun reading your reactions every week, especially with dear old Doctor Go. X,D Who'd have thought he'd turn out the way he did, right?

Hey, no problem! I didn't expect a fellow Whovian around here, though it makes sense; the show is awesome, haha.
Can you believe the 50th is so soon? Though I will miss Matt Smith, I'm even excited for the next Doctor. Clara really is wonderful as well; even though I thought I wouldn't get over the Ponds, she was a great addition. I feel that way every time they change companions, anyway, haha.

Ah, that's wonderful! I remember first seeing Ikuta-san in Unubore Deka. Whenever he danced with Nagase Tomoya I think I nearly died laughing, haha. Actually, the theme is stuck in my head now @_@
My current viewing of Maou actually serves as a comparison to its Korean predecessor. It may be because of that, but I find myself weighing them against each other constantly. In terms of liking Maou, I really do and find it much tighter and better executed than The Devil. The cast does a better job for the most part too, especially Ohno Satoshi. Those guys from Arashi are really talented.

Thank you for enjoying my review! I hope it was useful to you as well.
By the way, that Doctor Who gifset you made is gorgeous. We have that in common; when I'm not head over heels for dramas, Doctor Who is my home base, haha.

That's a really wonderful vocation. Honestly, I'm still seeking out my own calling, so it's inspirational to hear that. Keep doing great work!
You are so right about When A Man's In Love. Whenever it gets too frustrating I sort of trance out and focus on whatever suits are being worn, haha. Despite my enjoyment of it in a sort of masochistic way, I will probably rate it around a 6.
Song Seung Hun is interesting, because I'm not sure he's actually that great of an actor. He's much better here than in say, My Princess, but mostly he's very good looking/charismatic, haha. At the moment I'm actually trying to work through Korean actors/actresses and their work more; for various reasons I'm more familiar with Japanese.

Ah, I didn't know you taught pre-school! It really suits you; from what I can tell, you seem to have a natural empathetic streak.
Good Doctor actually ended today; I'll be taking in the final tonight. From my experience until now, it watched around an 7 or 8 -- but my feelings often varied episode to episode. Honestly, it kind of felt like a slice of life parading as a medical drama. Very unique.
I'm about to finish Maou and When A Man's In Love. Maou improved on a lot from The Devil (after completion, I may even bump down its score). As for When A Man's in Love, the reviewers are so right. It truly is one of the most frustrating stories I've ever seen. But for some reason, I can't even hate it. It's such a salacious, so-hard-to-watch-you-can't-look-away kind of drama. And Song Seung Hun is a guilty pleasure. So handsome, that one.

Ah, that's true. Often when I watch several similar types of dramas, my vision of others begins to change. I can definitely relate with that sentiment. The kids were great right? It drives me insane when the children in something act like mini-adults. Seeing them be perfectly natural, almost to the point where it was like the lead actress was actually their mother...just wow.
You're totally right too. I think only people who like to feel deeply and think about it will enjoy things like Woman.

Ah, thank you for reading as always! It seems you're on the cusp of finishing Woman, or perhaps have already. I really need to find some time for Mother, but it seems like I should wait for the right time for it as always. If I'm not mistaken, I believe I have either seen or been interested in another Ashida Mana drama. Though I don't think it was anything nearly as serious, haha.
Maou is, as anticipated, already much better than The Devil. I prefer the Korean portrayal of the Detective, but very little of anything else.

Thank you for the recommendations. I'll be sure to try some of those out~! I do think you have a fine eye for dramas, primarily because your choices seem informed by what is perceived to be quality. So basically, you have good taste, haha.

The final episodes of The Devil raised my perspective on it somewhat. I'm a little late starting Maou, but here goes nothing.
Oddly enough, I find longer dramas difficult too. Any time I actually got to watching, I enjoyed them, but starting? It's like going to the gallows. It's such a strange reaction, since I know I'll probably like the series. Maybe it's commitment issues on my part, haha.
I feel as though I can watch a Japanese drama in an afternoon if I find the desire to though. That's always nice.
