novel reader here, i can assure you all the original plot is VERY GOOD.

zhao shengge and chen wan are my comfort characters in BL novels. they are so green (towards each other).
chen wan's secret love is so vast, so pure, yet he has no expectation to be loved back. meanwhile zhao shengge was suspicious at first (who doesnt lol. chen wan acted like a little stalker 😅) but once he fell for chen wan, no one can stop him to protect his lover.

i can understand the AI in car scenes or any scenes that require big budget but it gave a bitter taste when they change the actor's face in the card game tho.

plot wise, ive watch up to episode 4 so far the drama is very loyal to the novel. watch it for the plot guys, ignore the AI part. i guarantee you will love them so much.

just like in the novel, the author make the readers believe Yok like Itt. i think they want to do the same to us in drama.

in the future, from Ing's pov, Ing strongly believe Yok rejected him because he likes itt but actually Yok never admit it.

they can do it in other dramas, dont waste screentimes here with fillers coz itt and that guy scene does not exist in novel.

i just started watching today. im excited because it is an adaptation of a novel that i really like. both chen wan and shengge are my comfort BL couple and i will ignore the AI if the drama adaptation and their acting is good.

nah... it was lust at first sight.
Ing is a predator. he kept saying he will get what he wanted. Yok is not an exception.
he thought he can top Yok, little did he know he is the bottom hahahaha

Bank is really good in bringing the character to life. in the novel, i hate Ing. his behavior is annoying. but in this drama, thanks to Bank (and the script), instead of feel annoyed, i like his sassiness. that gorgeous face played a big role too. i cheered for him to pursuit that grumpy Yok lol

we are going to have an outdoor travel variety show as Great Escape Spin Off with the same members! 🥳

you wont miss anything if you skip Haoyu/Hanlu scenes. their scenes are fillers to me. i skipped their scenes alot and still dont miss any plot of the main CP.
Wenshu/Qingtian scenes are better than them and related to the plot, i personally think they should be given more scenes and be the 2nd CP instead.

that would be a bad decision. Professional Body Double is already adapted as My Stand In. i can understand if they want to re-do it if the drama was released long time ago but MSI is a recent drama and their fanbase is huge.

any news on what novel they will adapt next?
that Pite actor in Fool In Love is cute. he is the MC in novel My Little Poplar.
i wonder if the Sissy's leads will make an appearance in FIL too (just like in the novel)
