1. I think it's Mochimoto who had 6 months left not Aoba...no?2. Yes i'm curious about Hikoboshi too...maybe the…
I may remember wrongly, but wasn't the first scene / somewhere close to the beginning showing Aoba visiting the clinique and talking to a doctor? Her time was limited, that's why she was suicidal, while Mochimoto was mostly triggered by his place going out of business. Anyway, that can be easily checked out, but I'm too lazy rn.
It's not plagiarism, don't worry... Both dramas are two different adaptation of the manga, nothing we haven't…
How do you know BTLIOF is an adaptation of the manga? It gaves it no credit as far as I know. And yes, there've been countless other shows about contract marriages, but the take is unique and too close to Nigehaji to ignore. They are both great on their own and really, one clear line of credit is all I'm asking for.
so in order to make a title more English speakers friendly, they changed a word that's 1. recognisable for even casual kdrama viewers, 2. easy to check for those who aren't familiar with it to other that requires more context knowledge to get the meaning? That's kinda counterproductive. If you don't know 'noona', it takes one search to do, but you need to know in the first place that 'something' has a Konglish spin to even begin wondering about it. Just saying.
I don't know and I love not knowing it. I think he may be, but it's not painfully obvious. The other guy's having…
Ha, tell that the crowd that's still in denial thinking the father stole the girl. It was obvious why the 2nd is the 2nd lead (years of friendzone and countless missed opportunities), but he was introduced earlier and the beginning was all his, just like here.
Does anyone know the poem from the start of 1st episode? I fell in love with it
it's Introductory Poem for the Flower by Kim Chunsu (Flower is another poem of his, they form a pair). If you scroll down a bit, you'll find my comment with links. Maybe I just repost it later as a thread so it won't get buried.
I don't know and I love not knowing it. I think he may be, but it's not painfully obvious. The other guy's having a lot more screentime for now, but maybe they're pulling The Best Hit? But then again, Ye Je Wook is a bit too perfect for the first lead.
Does anyone know the exact reason of the awkwardness between dong hoon and his wife ?
other than her having an affair (which he may not be yet aware of, but there's definitely something more between him and his hoobae that may involve her given his insistence on her not contacting that man)? I haven't seen ep 4 yet, but I think it's about their kid, maybe it's dead. It's in their family picture, but doesn't run around anywhere.
I'm really impressed how tight and lean camerawork and editing are here. They show precisely what they want, when they want and not a frame more. It's worth years of filler. Also: a shoutout for a person who gave a go to something this bleak (yes, even for a cable station). We've learnt to expect great things from the director and writer, but it's one of those dramas that could be sent from desk to desk without someone brave enough to take a risk. And here it is.
https://goo.gl/wG69cimaybe not best quality, but watchable
I think it may be about me using Windows then. Or at least newer versions of it. Anyway, thanks for trying!

Two things I don't get. 1. How come is Aoba still alive? She was said to have 6 months left, but she's fine in the end. 2. The dying friend with bangs and the girl with money - what kind of an arrangement is that supposed to be? And Harika won't see him ever again? I'm not cool with that. Is he marrying into that family in return for the therapy money (since he's living with them now)? Is that what an investment means? And the girl is ok knowing he doesn't love her and probably never will? How is that supposed to work? Isn't it backwards towards the development, since she realised that exchange is messed up, but now decided to just roll with it anyway? Couldn't they just make it into a purely business arrangement, with Bangs returning the money when he grows up and becomes a wealthy man thanks to his good grades (and ending up with Harika)? Arghh. I can't say I'm fully buying great love between Harika and Bangs when they were separated for so long, but him being with that other girl makes even less sense.
guys I’m terribly disappointed by this.., I don’t know if I’m the only one but I’m so freaking angry about…
Myung Woo still killed Kevin's manager and assaulted the reporter friend with a giant hammer. Is a man who kills off everyone whom he sees a danger someone you want to see starting a new life?

(apologies.)
