I am really struggling to like this but 3 episodes in, the FL is like a cartoon character, her robotic voice, her so called innocence and supposedly cuteness, her ignorance bordering on stupidity is really getting on my nerves

They sure do not act like 39 years old, and it’s boring. I will pass.

They really chose the wrong actress for the lead. Nothing attractive about her and her acting has much to be desired

A solid 9 rating. Really enjoy this one.

The ML disregard for authority in episode 2 and his impulsive brainless actions upon hearing his girl friend’s death makes him a total brainless fool, how on earth is he a supposedly an elite agent ??

Good crime drama. Could have done with less romance. Character who stood out was Shen Hui.

I read the whole filming has been wrapped up. What’s the use if we don’t ever get to watch it. Well at least there is the donghua, the manhua..

The more I watch the more I find the FL annoying. Her holier and smarter than thou attitude, her antagonistic behaviour , her smirks are just irritating

I went from season 1 straight into season 2. The actor change from Arthur Chen to Dylan wang is a huge mistake. The change is so jarring that I have decided to stop watching after episode 1 of season 2. More so when season 2 is not the end. Dylan’s wooden expression is awful. I miss Arthur’s expressive lively face

No way this can excel the original Chinese drama, ‘the long night’ but I will watch it

Entertaining at first but soon drag it’s feet, repeating the same plot lines. 12 episodes is enough. As for the kid, I find him a pathetic annoying character with his constant brawling. His so called sad situation is overplayed.

Love the trailer. Jun Wu’s animation was well done. When the camera pans slowly to Hua Cheng sitting on his throne, I got all teary eyed. Lol 😂

That’s your preference. Just too many same old same old women power centric dramas nowadays. I prefer men centric dramas
