I thought the biting scene right before that separation
that scene is the climax of their fighting once he comes back, so i would be really disappointed if it somehow wasn't included. That scene is the turning point for CSS when she begins to break down her walls again for him. It takes some time after that, but him literally begging and crying on his knees after he bites her again was a HUGELY important scene.
Hi, I come to MDL website to read comments on dramas, was going to not sign up but LLTG drama changed my mind…
I've mentioned his cheek mole before, I'm honestly obsessed with it, haha. It's beyond sexy. I'm also obsessed with his eyes (they always seem to swallow any light near them and have their own internal flame - not just in the lighting with this drama, I've noticed it with Wu Lei in everything) and his eyebrows.
I wonder if the avalanche scene is happening anymore. It's supposed to take place after she finds out LBY was the one in the tower and is against the crown prince, but *before* the revenge happens. I saw them making the scene in BTS, but it doesn't seem like there's time for it now
I heard LBY will take his revenge right before their wedding, and then comes the 5 year separation arc. Their…
I really hope they show that. I hope we see him playing his zither while she's working in the garden with her kids, and we see him relaxed with a FULL genuine smile (and not his half-smile he always does). Would love to see them both finally relaxed, at peace, and happy.
wait so the person who kill ling buyi’s uncle is his father?? plus i don’t understand why her mom being prisoned…
No. LBY's father is General Huo. Ling Buyi is really Huo Wu Shang, and Ling Yi is his uncle. During the Gu City massacre, Ling Yi killed General Huo. LBY had swapped clothes with the real LBY and survived along with his Aunt, Jun Hua. She covered for him to save him. He looked similar to the real LBY and they wandered starved and homeless for over a year so when he returned home, Ling Yi just assumed it was his son. LBY's mother-in-law is the one in prison (although really, she's his aunt-in-law).
Yaiii finally SS got ahead of BuYi i guess after the revenge arc it's gonna be like this only people will get…
I am ALL IN for Wu Lei angst ever since seeing his angst scenes in Crossfire and The Long Ballad. He is a master at it. The pain he can portray in his voice or eyes alone is unreal.
I loved these most recent episodes (21&22) so much!!!
I never thought I'd see DFQC allowing himself to get close to Chengheng unless he's wielding his giant scary sword, and here he is getting manhandled and swearing an oath of Brotherhood.
Watching the more human side of DFQC slowly grow its root and sprout in these hysterical attempts to get mortal Chengheng to do what he wants (they played football! they drank together! they skipped class!) has been a delight to watch. It also feels like I'm watching a social science experiment as he's more or less wearing a human mask until it becomes more organic, and it is! It is starting to take a more natural shape. Even his body language is increasingly more human. I love this and its implications for DFQC when he returns to the Immortal realm and faces Changheng again. Will he be as antagonistic and angry toward him? Will he remember these moments with mortal Changheng fondly and not want to hurt him? Will they ally? Questions...questions.
