They didn't give an explanation on why XQS and LCZ look alike. Yes, XueYu and Crazy Yan know they are siblings, both die in same episode, I think in episode 39.
Although I kind of expected it, I was still pretty disappointed with the ending…
About 80% of this drama revolved around the much-desired salvation of the Xiao family.
I was really hoping that at least in the last 6 episodes we’d get to see some intense battles, especially with so many big names from the martial arts world involved. But that never really happened (except maybe episode 32 or 34, which had a bit more action).
Li ChenZhou and ShiRong died far too easily in a simple trap. With their level of martial arts talent, I would have expected the writer/director to give them a more dignified death. The same goes for Crazy Yan, supposedly the strongest in the martial arts world, yet he died without putting up a fight worthy of his reputation.
As for XueYu, I honestly didn’t expect such a tragic ending for her. Even the final fight between QiuShui and KaiYan felt underwhelming to me, I really wanted to see more.
Overall, I was disappointed with how things turned out in this drama. Personally, I’ll give this drama an 8. In my opinion, it had much more potential.
I didn’t expect Xiao YiRen to be useless from beginning till the end. As an elder brother, as the heir of the Xiao group, he should have shown wisdom, patience, compassion, but it was exactly the opposite. I don’t know what’s left to cover in the remaining 6 episodes, it seems like all the mysteries have already been revealed in these 34 episodes...
I don’t know how he looks in other dramas, this is the first drama I’m watching with this actor, but yes, here he seems like a teenager, I was shocked to see his real age 😄😄
