Wow, I just finished watching the first three episodes and I'm impressed! I didn't expect to see so many fight scenes, this is exactly what I always want to see in a wuxia drama. I love the little flirting between Mu Yu Mo and Tang Lian Yue, amazing!
What happen to the ending? Spoil it for me if it has sad end?
Yes, it has a sad ending. Bai Chou Fei becomes a villain in the last eight episodes and does everything he can to kill his friend, Su Meng Zhen. In the end, he commits suicide. Su Meng Zhen also dies because of his illness and because he took a certain pill to keep him alive for a few more days. However, the pill drives him into madness, so he begs his friend to kill him. If you’re a Liu Yu Ning fan, I wouldn’t really recommend this drama, even though the fight scenes are very well done , but quite brutal.
So in the end, Xia Jing Shi turned out to be the most useless one from beginning to end. What army could he possibly lead? I never saw him fight in any real battle , not even in the finale, I can’t say that was an actual fight. They could have wrapped up the series nicely in 32 episodes at most, there was no need to drag it out so much with the whole Storm Alliance thing. Out of all the roles, the female lead’s was the best developed : a true fighter, determined, strong, I really liked her character a lot. I wasn’t impressed by the male lead either. As the God of War, I was expecting more spectacular battle scenes, but most of the time, it was the female lead who did everything.
I’ve only watched the first 31 episodes, but can someone tell me if that box full of half antidotes eventually helped Xia JingShi in the so-called ‘The Greatest Plan’? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Yeah, but until then, there are still 10 more episodes. The only part I’m interested in is finding out who those so-called healers are, and what price the FL has to pay for the ML being healed. And let’s not forget about Ning Fei!
