For what it is worth, this is a kdrama written with the same style of threads, mysteries etc. Keep watching if you like, don't if you don't. Pick it up later if you want. I liked the interaction between the FL and brother with the ML acting like a ref/3rd wheel. That for me was worth the continued watching.

Ah, I now grasp your meaning. Unfortunately i cannot read Thai so I cannot comment on that. The envelope was too flat to contain anything else, unless they later use dramatic license.
