I doubt it's scripted. Looks like instinctive reaction to whatever was going on in the scene. Skill of a natural actor 😁 There was also when it looked like he was pulling a hair from her eyelashes after he pushed her down on the bed scene.

It's the scriptwriting's problem. This was much better executed in the novel.

It's a gradual change that develops as the episodes go on. Episode 11 is a highlight between them and then also episode 21. There are nice and sweet moments that occur in between. If you're someone who needs to see an outright declaration then you might not have the patience for her.

I think you should watch past episode 2 and then judge for yourself how the characters are. Episode 2 is also when she was at her worst in her treatment of him due to her anger from the misunderstanding. I feel like everything after that is opinions based on each viewer's experience. There are negative comments, but also see all the positive comments from others. If it was so bad there wouldn't be any positive comments here at all. So definitely watch and decide for yourself.
