I completely agree - the thoughts and reasoning of certain characters is super frustrating here. There was a moment where I thought First was going to work it out, because it seemed like he was questioning what was off about "Zee" previously, or that Sam would be more curious about what he saw but nope. Those two are my best bets on who'd discover Sprite first - everyone else doesn't interact enough with him or lets their dislike get in the way of being suspicious. Alternatively, I could see Sprite getting really frustrated with everything and letting it all out.
