From what I understood, she wanted them to find all the objects which is why she didn't kill them until they did,…
She did try to kill Hong Sae when she knocked on the car door. He would have been dead if he opened the door at that time.
Yes, she said she found San Young to be different from all other hosts she has possessed. She was the only one who did not want anything from her. This made her feel like living her life from then on.
can we talk about how good Oh Jung Se acting is? i can't believe he just start acting in a lead role in drama…
You must have read the wrong person's bio. Oh Jung Se has been in this industry including theatres and movies for 26+ years! He is a well known veteran, and has won numerous supporting role awards including the prestigious Baeksang Arts Awards twice.
Overall, a decent watch. But one thing do bug me most, something I tried to ignore while watching the drama and go with the flow. It's about her previous life - were they actually "in love"? A 12 year old girl in love with a 7 or 8 years old boy? That would feel so wrong. To me, they were simple good childhood friend. But if it was just simple friendship, FL would not have this compelling urge to marry the ML, and ML would not have this strong feeling towards Joo Won for so many years. The "kids in love" part is what I can't accept. Or if it was meant to be childhood friendship, it won't be able to explain their feelings towards each other in the present life.
Well it's a horror drama tbh, with scary scenes. Kim Tae Ri's acting is amazing indeed. and yes it's stressful.
It's a thriller with horror element. You are kept at the edge of your seat a lot of times. One of the best dramas this year. The writer, Kim Eun Hee's previous works include Signal, Netflix Kingdom series, Sign etc. If you have watched those, you would know what to expect, but this time with Horror. And among the top of her best works.
It would be silly if everyone forgets her too. This is not time travel - it's just one person's memory. It would…
That would make no sense. Remember that all these past lives are just one person's memory. So whatever action Ji Eum takes, she would face whatever consequence, that's fine. If she is someone in real life, she would probably be diagnosed with multiple personality disorders :)
But if other people's memories are affected, they'd better have an explanation how this could happen. I for one could not accept this. The logic of the ending works for me.
Well it's not like time travel. She didn't have a second chance to start again her 19th life.I guess she just forgot…
Actually, I think this part of the logic works for me. Think of it this way - she is not meant to interact with those people as her past life. People are supposed to move on, and not interacting with those who are dead; if they do, something bad would happen as it is against the nature.
Now that she forgets everything, other people can only interact with her as her present life. The dead and her previous lives are gone. And her action should not and did not affect other people memories as this is not time travel. So the logic makes sense for me.
Well that was a disapointing ending. All that time wasted on telling us that she can't be in contact with them…
It would be silly if everyone forgets her too. This is not time travel - it's just one person's memory. It would have made zero sense if her action would affect other people's memories!
One of the best drama this year. Hope the last 4 episodes would maintain this standard and have a satisfying ending that this drama deserves. Also happy that it will end with 12 episodes which feel about right, avoiding fillers which would be inevitable for a 16 episodes drama.
As someone who loveddd The Guest....is this anything like it?? Im just wondering if i should check this out after…
I personally like this one better than The Guest. But I felt The Guest was overrated, I did not enjoy it as much as the ratings suggest. This one is quite good so far, hope I feel the same way after the ending.
Haven't watched it yet... but wow why does it have such a low score on mdl?
MDL ratings can be ignored. A better guide is the Korean TV ratings. ENA is still a young cable channel, nevertheless, this drama is the 3rd highest rated drama for this channel so far.
Okay, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't that great either. Satisfy ending :). But what was the plot of killing the…
The high school uniform was borrowed from her friend. So she was probably a high school drop out. It is also implied that her husband killed her sister, as he said that she died because of Joo Ran. This drama doesn't spell out all the plots like other drama. It plays with light, sound, ambience and put emphasis on atmosphere rather than plot details.
Not sure what you will feel. But for me, it was a happy ending. It was a 'content and satisfying'.People may choose…
I think for most viewers, the character who carried the whole show dying in the last episode cannot be called a happy ending. Regardless of the fact that she died with no regret, I cannot imagine that she would not have wished to live much much longer, seeing her grandchildren growing up.
A happy ending is when the viewers feel happy watching the episode. Do I feel happy watching her dying peacefully? No. For me, it was not a happy ending. It was a good ending, a bitter sweet ending, but not a happy one. Probably many viewers shed a lot of tears in the last episode.
BTW, you probably should use spoiler tag in your last reply.
Anything is better than Reborn Rich.Yes, the trial was too easy, and too convenient. But it was not done as the…
While the revenge is the ultimate goal, but the director did not make it as the main part of the story telling - rather keeping it for the climax and the ending in the last two episodes. Basically from Ep 2 to 12, there is very little plot progression about the revenge plan. For sure it is important, but as I mentioned, they made it too easy. At the same time, they intentionally did not spend too much time/too many episodes in laying out and carrying out the revenge plan.

Except the car crash flash back MULTIPLE times per episode!
It's getting annoying.
I don't feel the same, and I thoroughly enjoy the show so far.
Go watch The Hymn of Death.
Primarily English subtitling countries would get it first on release day.
