Okay, this one is going to be a little long so bear with me.First, I will talk about the good things. The plot,…
The "Gotcha you asshole" moment was when Han Ji Hyun went on TV, not during the debate. Lee Min Soo never meant to harm Hee-Woo; he just wanted revenge for his father, and in the end, he helped Hee-Woo. Romance is not part of this drama, some here are just expecting more :)
my reaction on ep 16 was đ_đLITERALLY WHAT HAPPENED TO CTS AND WHO TF IS CHON HO RYUNG she is deadass never…
I think the story is pretty well wrapped up. CTS is dead to the public, that dead body may or may not be real. And the ending is just stating the reality is that when one CTS is gone, another one would take over his place.
Don't understand all the complaints about the ending. I think it was a decent ending.
AND it is not open ended as some alleged. Basically, everything is wrapped up. It's just the typical that if you get rid of one Cho Tae Seob, there will be another Cho Tae Seob taking over his vacancy.
AND this is not a preview for second season. The whole premise of this drama is to relive his life the second chance "Again My Life". This is not a simple prosecutor fighting crimes story. So there is no chance of a second season, unless he dies again, and get the third chance to "again again my life" and this would be absurd :)
I think Lee Joon Gi needs a better script next time, not something from a comic maybe. The bar simply got set…
Stop calling Again My Life a thriller - it is not. And stop comparing with Flower of Evil - they are totally different type, the only thing common is that LJG is in both of them.
Better than Lawless Lawyer but not even close to FoW. Lee Joon Gi (I am a huge fan btw) needs to take a break…
I do not know why people keep comparing this to Flower of Evil. They are quite different. If you check the genre for this one, "thriller" is not even listed as one of them.
Flower of Evil is good, but I cannot binge watch it, as it was too intense. This one is quite different. And it is very enjoyable to see the good guy having the upper hand.
honestly I think I watched it wrong, I didnât disliked it or anything, but when it ended I didnât get the…
Thatâs because your answer is âNoâ to the question: âDo you believe in magic?â while others who loved the show did believe the magicâŠ. in the drama, at least.
Not sure why you think Ri-Eul had psychiatric issues as an adult. He did when he was sad and suicidal at school, but not any more. He now found happiness in being a magician.
And this show is about a fantasy. Not really an education video on being street wise or how to deal with strangers :)
An exhibition showing a book transcribed by Uibin Seong is happening starting from May 3rd (more information in…
Is this just props from the drama production? And not real historical artifacts, right? At that time Hangul was still rarely used, and when it was used, it was frequently mixed with a lot of Chinese characters.
7.1? Even the lightest romcoms have an average rating of +8.5. It's such a tragedy.
Who cares about MDL ratings. The most important is the actual TV ratings in Korea. 7.4 and 8.7 for 1st 2 episodes is not bad at all. Higher than opening ratings for 25,21 and Business Proposal.
I would have liked this a lot more if I havenât watchedâŠ
The movie âThe Witch Part 1 Subversionâ, which is a great movie BTW.
The plot basically is a rip off of that movie (which came out 2 years before this drama), almost like a TV version of it. The special abilities are different, but felt too familiar and canât stop feeling itâs a rip off; and I like most dramas by NKM.
Go watch the movie on Netflix if you have not already done so. Itâs much better than this drama.
No, I do not agree with you at all.I think you missed the point. The initial break up was not because of misunderstanding…
Seriously? Angry and triggered? Not respecting your opinion? None of that, sorry if I came across like that. I just disagreed and wrote my point of view. Unfortunately, my impression of the drama and the story was a complete opposite of yours, and that's that. I didn't see anything I wrote could be construed as a disrespect to you.
And no, CW never knew the crisis YS was going through. He did not know that YS's house was ransacked by loan shark looking for debt repayment. YS has been acting strong and confident on the outside, and hiding her poverty from everyone. His reaction after the break up was not because he felt that he was the only one who was hurt, it was because of his previous abandonment by his father. I don't feel that YS and CW's relationship "issues" were serious enough to contribute to the breakup. And there was no "blame", it was just the unfortunate circumstances forcing YS to made that decision.
They never pretended that they never had any problems. The worst fear for both of them was that it could happen again. And that's why both were very hesitant about getting back together initially.
These days lot of Korean dramas go with sad endings. They may be trying to be more realistic. But personally i…
I don't normally like drama with sad endings. Not sure if I would like this one. But "Hymn of Death" and "Youth of May" are very good even though they have sad endings.
8/10 At the beginning I wasnât convinced about this drama after few episodes I was overwhelmed, Honestly I enjoyed…
Actually, her words were not meant to be harsh, it was the reality that she was so poor that she did not have anything in her life apart from her grandma and her love, Choi Woong. She felt that she had to choose one, she chose her family, and the only thing she could leave behind was Woong.
i enjoyed it until eps 12....after that the story is a mess, it was like they put random stuffs to fill the story...…
Choi Woong's previous father was an important scene as he could finally came to terms with what happened and about his constant nightmares of being abandoned. This was also related to how devastated he felt when he was "abandoned" by Yeon Soo.
As for Ji Woong's mother entering his home, they all use keypad electronic locks in Korea, so as long she knows the passcode, she could enter. Her story was really a small part of the drama overall. You cannot expect one main story line to fill 16 episodes.
Also, was anyone else annoyed by the fact that the drama ended up being almost completely centered on Woong's…
It has high rating because it has a very good story and well acted. There was some slow part in the middle, an inevitable problem with a 16 episodes drama, but overall it was very good.
If you skipped past the last 3 episodes, then you really didn't get into the drama at all. For me, the last few episodes was very good.
Don't agree with all your rambling trashing the drama.

The main concern was the huge drop of TV ratings in Korea.
From 7.6 Ep 1 to 3.4 for Ep 2. Almost halved!
This is very unusual and definitely not a good sign.
