You're scapegoating cnetz.

Just because you read something somewhere doesn't make it true. Unless you know Chinese, you're only listening…
You weren't asking. You were saying.

Unless you read Chinese, you have no idea what cnetz are or are not sayin, in or out of context. Stop scapegoating people you don't even know!

So, i have read some comments telling that the cnetz are saying they have no chemistry or they are boring etc…
Oh, I see you're from India. Rumors and speculation about what some cnetz may or may not have said, out of any context whatsoever, somehow infuriates you. But what about the fact that your government bans Chinese (entertainment) apps and your media demonizes China and Chinese people on a daily basis? Does this infuriate you at all? Or, do you just like to pick on scapegoats who can't defend themselves for your self-righteously indignant outrage?

Just because you read something somewhere doesn't make it true. Unless you know Chinese, you're only listening to hearsay.

But let's say, hypothetically, that thousands of cnetz are saying this. So what? They make up a tiny, trivial percentage of the 1.4+ billion population in China. And why can't they have their own opinions, good or bad, about the popular culture (including dramas) of their own country? Do you think your opinions are somehow more valid than those who intimately know and understand Chinese language, history, culture, etc. and actually live in
China?

Reset was excellent, but a modern drama. It has a time loop component (so a slight sci-fi element) and is also…
I second Reset!

Mental illness is stigmatized everywhere. Why single out China based on hearsay?
(1) Define "stigma."

(2) Show me how you quantify it.

(3) Provide source for your unsubstantiated claim, preferably from an international peer-reviewed journal.
Anecdotal evidence is insufficient.

I haven't watched the drama yet, but I want to soon. That's why I read through the comments here. I'd like to…
This is basically true of (fictionalized) tv shows from any country.

I've seen plenty of Chinese documentaries that deal with social "taboos."

Give me recommendations for a Xianxia or historical drama to watch while waiting for the episodes
Deng Wei is in both "Lost You Forever" and "Till the End of the Moon."

Keep in mind that DW was younger and less experienced back when those dramas were filmed. But you get to see his evolution as an actor.

Becaus e even the opening theme song sounds a lot like DOTS ost song “Always”
I said that you troll with trollish opinions. The object of your trollish opinions is irrelevant. Nor does it excuse and diminish their trollishness.

Oh, I recommended it because of the BaiLu connection.

Not sure if you've seen The Starry Love with Chen XingXu, but this is one of my favorite
xianxia (with one of my favorite actors)!

I have been enjoying the series. Although each sister has their own arc..... there are clues and comments on each…
Good points.

That's why some C-drama fans I know are studying (Mandarin) Chinese.

Historically, large age gaps in relationships were more accepted. , we probably won’t see any physical affection…
Not probably, definitely. The Chinese entertainment industry strictly forbids filming romantic scenes involving minors with adults. No kissing. Nothing.

An earnest comment would simply be something along the lines of "I don't like TWOT." Or, "I like DOTS more than TWOT." A trollish comment is: "Comparing this boring cdrama to DOTS would be an [sic] complete insult to DOTS."

Neither TWOT nor DOTS is anything special. But TWOT isn't supposed to be; DOTS is supposed to be a kdrama classic.
