same! The tower scene is sad but I think the worst was reading about his grief afterwards. How he sobbed and felt so helpless. Ugh...I balled my eyes out. They go through so much loss throughout the story that i really hope the drama does the end justice. I love how the novel ended but I also know how Cdramas tend to like their endings either open or rushed.

I think so too. Even in the novel it was after that puppet spell that YXW changed. She became more quiet and really refused to dwell on how she felt. Deep down she did love him, but at the same time what he did was kind of the last straw. Even by the tower scene she had a small bit of hope but that was crushed and she was ready to do what she had to do. And when she returned back to the future she wanted nothing to do with him and wouldn't even allow herself to think about him until things started happening. Their relationship is so freaking complex. I know a lot of people criticize YXW for how she treats him but she also didn't understand romantic love until it was too late. They both, in the end learned how to love although the cost was high.

that's the novel plot....however who knows how the drama will change that.

Guys....I don't know if I can handle watching YBC trying to cozy up to TTJ. Reading it was ok...but watching it...PUKE!

omg me too! I cannot handle the angst until we see her as Li SuSu again....I think i may wait. I already know the whole story but watching it is worse than reading it.

gah...that movie made me cringe. To this day i still can't handle seeing a huge flock of birds without wanting to puke.

The first Tantai Jin we see in the very first episode is the TTJ who had not encountered LSS. She changed things when she went back in time. In the future he will become devil god again but to save her and the people. Not to annhilate.

there's a lot left. The tower scene is barely the beginning really. The immortal arc has a lot of things that go down.

I really hope there isn't an open ending! I hate the idea of that since I loved the ending of the novel. I really hope to see Tantai Zi Mi.

I don't think it would be that long. i'm thinking maybe 27-28 because by 30, they wouldn't be able to tell enough of the immortal arc. So much happens during that time that I don't think 10 eps would be enough. However I could be wrong. I guess we will find out

for sure. That's why I love her as a character. She's focused and does what she has to and isn't stupid. The thing I hate most are gullible simple minded characters.

however....it was TTJ and YXW. Although it's not their story, it felt real to them and they "experienced" it as if it was a lifetime for them. It also parallels things to happen later in the story...especially during the immortal arc. Lots of important information in there. Especially in the battle scenes.

it'll definitely be the week the nails are done. Probably the episode or two after.

i knew it was coming but when I watched that clip i wanted to YXW to just slap her. Ugh....I hate her character so much. i hope they stay true to the novel where YBC tries hard to grab his attention but it never works.

It's so nice to see the countdown with remaining hours rather than days.

and the way YBC sets YXW to look bad sucks too. But I pray to all the drama gods out there that they will show the scene at the tower where YXW deals with her. I love that she knew the whole time what YBC was doing. I hope they don't make her clueless in the drama. That's doing YXW a great disservice.
