EP 3 ending - OMO! OMO! OMO! I was not expecting that.
I thought maybe she's the art teacher, but I was not prepared for that ending. I think my expressions were same as the ML. This drama is really something else - as expected from my beloved actress, Shin Hye Sun 🥰

One of the best written reviews I have come across on MDL. I am inspired in terms of writing from what you have shared.

I would have dismissed the tie-scene too, that it was not too flirty. But then the way she decided to barge in and make the ML agree to let her stay in his house, and she keeps mentioning In-A again and again, its like she's kind of manipulating her way in and also triggering him against something he doesn't like (presently In-A).

Therefore the other red flags - her eating the leftover cupcake would have been innocent, had it not been the way she walks around the office then eats it. It's like I own you kind of vibe. Similarly with the tie-scene, like I feel she's probably pushed him in the past to commit an affair but he would have brushed her aside, but now she's somehow threatening him. Maybe, kind of like she has some evidence that will make her seem like the victim and him doing a power-play of sorts?

Then there was that message she was typing - something evening plans - but then erases. Not sure if it was to the VP or ML, but in any case it seems like she's pretending to have a boyfriend, and again playing/threating with one of these men.

But yes, all theories at this point - not sure if I am reading too much between the lines, or if there is actually something there of her character.

Oh Okay - no problem. I got excited that somehow the episodes are out and I'd like to watch them too. Will wait for next week then 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

I think this is the intention of the show-makers, leading us audience to believing that there is something going on between them. I mean secretary-boss is one of the oldest tales in drama or otherwise. But I feel this might NOT be true.

I think the secretary has been trying to flirt with the Vice President, since long, but then the VP is not giving her any time of the day. And maybe VP and Joo In A are old friends or even exes, and therefore the secretary is kind of insecure or suspects that they are still together, which is why she's not getting her way with the VP.

I feel maybe she's the one who's made a false report about In A. Just a theory, let's see what this drama brings in - its so fun and mysterious at the same time!

This drama is so fun and intriguing. I knew my expectations were rightly placed when I saw Shin Hye Sun is in it - and am right. She's so good - I simply love her, and I think she's my K-drama girl/woman crush 😍 As for Gong Myung, I was thinking he might be overshadowed by SHS but omg the man is holding his fort and he's equally good and am loving the comedic timing of both and hopeful of the romance/intense interactions these 2 are bound to have as enemies-turned-lovers. Can't wait for new episodes and more people to watch this drama - really worth everyone's time! ❤️❤️❤️


The only one am a little sceptical about is "Hong Hwa Yeon". I really don't want to carry a bias from the last drama I saw her in - but it was "Buried Hearts" and her role/character was so terrible. She's also coming across manipulative here with the way she's twisting the ML to her ways. I hope this does not continue. She's a shady character for sure - but I really hope even in negative she fares better than what I have last seen her in.

Your comment made me so happy - the fact that you thought I was athletic. I used to be very athletic, corporate life has made me dull - but am getting back to it. And yes, I used to do swimming at competitive level, so planning to get back at it. Dancing - am not bad but have never done it as a form of exercise. These are some great recommendations - and I know its off the topic of the drama, but thank you. I am motivated now to try them and get back to the ones that I was familiar with. 💪💪💪

Is there any announcement that there would Season 3 - Part 2? Cause I feel 8 episodes is way too less. I mean this is the end-game relationship, and I understand that lightning bolts have been striking in Yumi Cells-Land, but still - I would want their relationship to be explored more, to the point that we understand why the first 2 did not work out and why this one is the end game.

Yumi's Cells is more than just a drama, am sure it is relatable to many us across various different aspects if not as a whole. Therefore, the story and Yumi's journey is so close to heart - while I am enjoying S3 - I feel it will too less episodes to explore every angle, emotions and in the end we would just have to be satisfied with what's given to us at face value.

I really hope the last 4 episodes - explore it well. 🤞🤞🤞

Have faith in SHS, she's someone who will make you in love with every character she plays 😅 Too early right now, pretty sure there's more to what we have seen so far in 2 eps.

Could also be cause its not being highlighted so much on social media. I have see the shows that just go crazy on social media climb up the ratings like crazy. Sometimes it is worth and sometimes its just a hype. Also, does not help that it is currently airing at a time where there are other popular dramas - so attention/viewership could be divided? Not really sure - but this is like my amateur analysis.

While I personally wish the ratings go sky-high for this one, I think we will have to wait and see.

OMO OMO OMO! Ep 1 - just 8 minutes in and I was not expecting to see those damn abs and all kinds of ceps-biceps triceps being flexed by Mr Gong Myung. My My I am not complaining - but nothing prepared me for that 🥵🔥🌶️🥵🔥🌶️

I mean I knew I'd watch this drama no matter what for my love for Shin Hye Sun and Gong Myung, but this was unexpectedly good. What has this man done - have seen him only in soft-core era roles in "Way Back Love" and "Untangled Love" and then as one of the most amazing antagonists in "No Mercy" but this ... PD-nim, can we have more scenes like this every episode 😉 Gamsahamnida!!

I hope he is doing well. Just saw the news of him appearing soon in Flexx Cop S2 and I wondered what has he been upto these days. The last that I saw him was in the drama "Moonshine". But post that his works have been quite few. He's had such an amazing career since a child artist and he's so talented that I can't help but want to see more of him. At the same time I have a feeling he might be taking it slow now...

Yesss, finally! Usually dramas with such a setup pull me in almost instantly. Like I lose track of time and have so much fun either binging it or if its still airing, then I am here typing away and interacting with as many comments as possible or sharing theories.

But first 2 episodes - I have paused more times and got up to make snacks or do some other work etc. Just was not into it - and this in-spite of BWS looking delish 😅🙈 Then mid of Ep 3 is when it started picking up and got me at the edge of my seat. Now am catching up and hopefully am able to see the latest episode of today soon!
