Book’s acting improved so much. He looked uncanny and acted like a robot in Enchanté but here he surpasses Force and even acts with his eyes a bit. Did Perth give him private lessons or what?
In the last episode the “yeah okay I’m short so I can’t wear your uniform” line took me out. In the novel Arm is indeed much smaller than Arc but come on, script writers have eyes too no? 😂
Okay they are SPEEDING compared to the novel, Arc barely kept the asshole act for 2 eps lmao. Like we’re cupping faces and kissing foreheads already?? And wew, that car accident was rushed. But in the novel Arc truly veers too much on the asshole side so I prefer this version anyway. (For instance he doesn’t outright apologise to Arm for the accident, he only softens up a bit when Arm says he trusts that Arc wouldn’t hurt him.)
This series could entirely be about Arm, Po and Sand’s day to day clownery and I’d eat it up tbh.
I'm sorry but the smile Arm gives when Jet says they're all close right after Arc insults him, when Arc is grabbing his tie in the car, and when the girl asks for Arc's number and not his... I can't, Book is too good at expressing "kill me now ha ha". His "shia shia shia" when Arc appears behind him to buy a drink is funny too. And Arc's condescending expression is so hot, ugh, I hope they keep bickering a bit longer.
Honestly if all eps keep this pacing and comedic timing I will go say sorry to the Thai gods of BL for ever shitting on engineering uni stories.

It pains me to write it but I kind of agree with you. 😔 Slow burn doesn’t mean nothing happening until last ep, it means slowly building tension and here I’ve got close to nothing. And I know for a fact that YinWar is more than capable or acting tension so it’s really just a bad script/direction. :(

When the "game" was revealed I laughed my ass off, from how Jack offered to play for Rosé I thought it was going to be something more, idk... physical? Like hunger games type shit? Then knock-off Mario meets ladders and snakes appears and I'm in tears.

It's the cliché Engineering students Thai BL but I genuinely found it funny this time. The pacing was flawless (not too slow and I didn't fast forward once) but we still have 7 eps to go for the ArmArc story so I hope they're not going crazy in the beginning then it will drag on and on in the middle...
24 episodes is too long to watch weekly without forgetting the story so I'll wait for it to be completed. I hope third time's the charm and PerthSanta works out, I want to see them both happy. 🙏
