Agreed! I feel like neither he nor Gun fit cookie cutter definitions of attractive yet they are both stunning in their own way. And the acting/charisma adds to it.

Off always looks good but he's off the charts attractive in this one, OMG. And his acting is so perfect too--I love his character so much.

I was surprised too coming over here to MDL--I honestly am finding it brilliant so far! I don't like slow burns if the non-romance plots are badly handled (boring or unrealistic), but the pacing an content of this was just right--I got genuinely invested in the workplace stuff and nearly forgot they're going to have a romance eventually! The character development is going to make the romance sooo good.

I barely even remembered this show was coming, but I started watching and I looooove it so far! The intern/work drama is entertaining and relatable, the characters are so sympathetic--I sympathize with Gun feeling so off balance and bad at everything, but I also love Off, his best performance yet, I think. When Jane was stern I understood--he's being overloaded at work and never asked for interns to manage--but then when he showed Ryan some encouragement, yet didn't patronize him and tell him not to resign, it was a wonderful shift. Actually developing these characters and letting us get to know them is going to make the romance even better, I think, like in "Not Me." I'm glad we haven't had any pratfall kisses or dramatic almost-falls and catches with papers flying everywhere, like most workplace QLs have. I hope they manage to avoid that entirely, actually!

"The chmistry chemistrying so much that i thought they will kiss or say I love you's after every sentence they said." SO FOR REAL. People who say this show doesn't have progress from ep to ep have not been paying close attention to the chemistry. They always had a spark from the first episode but it's grown gradually and consistently to where it's at an insane peak now. The way they move together and touch each other is so much smoother now; they're drawn toward each other constantly in every scene in this unconscious magnetic way. Their eyes are like bottomless pools of desire for each other and not just physical anymore.

This show is shockingly good.

Yes, all of those questions and more! What a strange series. Seems like it'd have been easier for the writers to just follow a more standard vampire mythology. Well, at least it's creative, even if it makes no sense!

So once they sign the book is that signing a death warrant for their counterpart human, or just really really extremely helpful and coincidental that all 5 humans died within a few days of them signing? (I guess it must just be a massive coincidence because that other vampire lady talked about how her counterpart died before she was old enough to sign the book.) Another question: Is the human counterpart assigned to a human-turned-vampire like Phum once they turn vampire? How is that person chosen? Is it just whoever looks the most like them? Those are two of the biggest head-scratchers out of a series kind of riddled with them. As long as I don't expect any logic or believable behavior it's pretty enjoyable though, haha.

I am SO excited for this. It's so impressive how Nut can embody completely different characters, from Oxygen to Pit Babe to this. And he's the prettiest thing ever!

IDK what they're worried about, even tho it was clearly a trailer and not the real show it already looks aMAYzing. I keep thinking about this one and hoping it'll come soon!

Wow. I’ve only been into BL for a little over a year and kinda put off watching this thinking how could it live up to the hype. Well it did. Usually I find drawn-out pining shows frustrating but not this one. Spectacular acting, cinematography and pacing. The few serious skinship/kiss scenes were unbelievably emotionally/sexually charged. Wow.

haha no need to be sorry, it made me laugh and think of times when I've watched a kiss and been like "huh?". Plus, I'm sure there are people who love watching kisses that I find super weird (though I can't imagine ANYone thinks the kisses in Dinosaur Love are normal hahahaha)

This convo cracks me up...I don't find his kissing weird but oh man there are some other actors in other series whose kissing technique looks very questionable to me, lol.

I didn't feel like Pond played cold or know-it-all in NLMG, he was quite caring and humble most of the time! I suppose Palm's doting was somewhat disguised by his professional duty to take care of Nueng, but he was definitely showing it most of the series.

Agreed, OMG they are one of my favorite ships in all of BL. I used to be slightly more biased toward Pond but Phuwin is giving such sweet soft (yet just feisty enough) energy in this series that now I think I love them equally.

Because they time-skip to the end of Yoh's life and Pun is still young. I mean, they lived a happy life together but did we have to see Yoh as an old man about to die?
