Sol doesn't know for sure Joe is still in love with Ming. even Joe himself doesn't know he's still in love with Ming. So, it's not wrong to making a move on the person as long as the person doesn't show any discomfort which I don't see any on joe's body language. He's also Joe's friend so even if I'm not in love with him, I'd make my friend to promise things to prevent him from making the same mistake twice...wouldn't you? In his eyes, Ming is an asshole who was the primary reason why Joe got depressed and let him to his death, so yeah I'll make sure he believes Ming doesn't love him if i were Joe's friend...and use everything in my power to stay as far away from him as possible. He's being a good judy.
