So the fencers hookup while the rest of the cookout is like 20/30ft away. Good thing the kissing and dry humping so was mechanical and passionless so I don’t have to wonder how they weren’t overheard. Like Phet/Petch/penetrating partner is lowkey fine af and I really want to see him in something else to see him get better material to work with. Pie was there.

Sun could have just said “we grew up together for a bit and are sorta dating now” like I think you can argue it’s cruel for Sun not tell Kim these things. Kim is asking about his last and their connection and Sun is like “do horses have rough skin” like my guy wtf.
CEO lady and the stock set up has become so damn boring. Like who cares whatever snare Santi is setting for her. She keeps making calls and looking at computer screens menacingly and with purpose.
This was another waste of 40 minutes and the sex scene was really bad. The chat before it was also kinda confusing because when and where did all these emotions come from. I wanted to like it and it is almost likable but sigh.

now see, this is what I wanted from this series. I definitely think 9 episodes in the set up was like 4/5 too many and would love to spend more time in this present/aged up version of Cake Eiw.
Jealous/pouty/insecure/resting bitch face Cake was all I wanted and more.
I also like Eiw in this episode. He's more confident and happy and knowing he did this for Cake and is now missing how it's making Cake feel unnecessary/not important is such a growing pain.
I'm very happy with the episode and am unabashedly looking forward to the rest of this story.

In a series that is really pushing the boundaries for nothing happening, this episode really really excels at nothing at all happening. It's astonishing really.
So now in one more episode all this is supposed to be resolved. I hope Snow White is somehow behind the assassinations.
this continues to be the series that I most look forward to each week. It's pretty captivating and hopefully Pai defrosting Sky is a wonderful journey.
3 months? like that is just as unlikely as Rain surviving the helicopter crash also the scene where all 5 friends showed up, I again felt like that was a contractual obligation because 3 of them weren't friends with Kim but whatever, I've made it this far and I shall see it to the end
but thinking about the very open statuses of all the couples, this ceo take over board plot, Kim's illness, and Sun's illness it does seem like a monumental task to wrap that up successfully in two episode
The Shun & Phayu scene was so unnecessary...especially when Phayu says to Shun: "Your Rain will be o.k!" I'm like…

well after complaining/thinking that nothing is happening, I got behind and caught up today with eps 12 and 13 and wow wow wow, things happened so i'm wondering if Rain had a jetpack or used the other pilot like a parachute to escape what would very well be certain death and also Payu and Butler made Kim take a helicopter to stay at the house his family was last alive. Like are they trying to trigger this dude. I did like Ohm's crying/expressions in 13. Also like the others friends are seeming to unnecessary. When the one friend in yellow showed up, I was like "i've never seen this person before and really had to think hard what he was to the plot." I also don't know why they are hinting but not hinting the fencers are gonna end up friends/together/mean one stop bullying the other one
The SantaEarth chemistry is the best part of this somewhat slow start. Like I do enjoy watching this series but I feel like they're really taking their time with the set up. I've been waiting for the timeskip because I hope the plot will really sizzle and SantaEarth and the others can really shine.

yeahhhhh I'm close to dropping this series. Like Talay is just spinning his wheels, not learning or accepting what's reality and it's seems like it's just padding out each episode
it's a tad slow/light on the plot but I'm not mad at it per se. Very slice of life vibes. It's more in the direction of ITSAY than the other studio wabi sabi projects I've seen. Skimming the comments and seeing we're getting a time skip makes me interested in direction of this project but it also makes me want to compare it even more to ITSAY.
